Got there 45 min after they opened and there were only 4 types of bagels available. I was advised to come back later as they were still baking. Went back 45 min later and there were only 3 additional types of bagels. The display case was more than half empty. I ordered a baker's dozen box and was limited on what I could choose from. One of my choices, a pretzel bagel, was literally hard as a rock. I was disappointed that the person helping me was not able to give a heads up and that they were not removed for lack of use. Since I ordered to go, I didn't find out until I got to my destination and the person wanting it, could not eat it.

My husband and i stopped by for 2 simple bagels and 2 drinks and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We discovered our order was wrong after we left. We decided to go back and go inside of the store. I counted... there were literally 10 people behind the counter... there were 2 customers inside of the restaurant. I told the guy at the front our order was wrong and he looked as if I had two heads. I guess I interrupted him while he was texting on his cell phone. The service is terrible and the employees are literally clueless. In addition, the food prep area and counters were DISGUSTING. The walls are filthy. One employee with waist length braids, didn't have on a hair net.. we won't be going back.Update: I called the store and spoke to a " manager". She sounded clueless too. Do better, Einstein bagels.

It used to be a good place. But not anymore.Go for a drive through for breakfast you will end up getting your food at lunch time and of course not the one you ordered, but whatever is left. It’s an horrible experience.

CC machine was broken. They waited to tell me after I made the order. Tried to make me go to an ATM. Was rude about it as well.

Awful experience! Poor service, stale bagel, shmear barely covers one side of the bagel and even though I said toasted it was cold!!! Horrible ambiance is fair.
I've been coming here for years and I've rarely had a bad experience. Probably the worst thing is the credit card machine lags. I personally recommend doing a mobile order. This place gets slammed in the morning with everyone rushing in trying to get to work on time. The food is pretty good whether you order the bagel sandwiches or just the regular bagel and shmears. I recommend the garden avocado egg sandwich. It's pretty tasty and on the healthier side.

The larger Einstein Bros location has the worst food and service. Waiting for 30 minutes, and those taking orders seem like they don't want to work there. I would recommend the Einstein Bros next to Dallas Parkway and Parker Road, next to Chase Bank. The food and service are much better there. I received the same order in just 2 minutes.

Extremely long wait for just one bagel. There was no additional car in front of me in the drive through. I've given this location multiple tries thinking that I might have just had a bad first experience. Unfortunately, each time I come order, I wait for at least 10 minutes.

Worst Einstein's I've ever experienced. Staff did not put hardly any cream cheese on bagels and was very rude except the staff member who took my order. Never have I felt more insulted than I did by how much they did not care about customer service. I'll never go to another Einstein's again. To say this food is overpriced is an understatement.
