I purchased a fish and shrimp plate. I asked for my fish not to fried hard. Guess what it was fried hard. The fries were old and cold. Your restaurant have lazy people working there. I thought I would give you another chance, since I last visit, it's still the same. Hire some staff that cares about presentations really matters.

I ordered their dirty rice and it came very soupy. I’ve never had their rice be like this before. Why is there so much liquid ?? And the rice is hard… quality of food here is not good compared to other locations.

I don't always eat chicken but when I do it will be from golden chicken.... It was really good!! The guys and ladies working there are very friendly... Not like a depressed teenager hating life.... And the place is very clean and pleasant....
There's a Golden Chick 1 minute from me, but due to there lack of good service, fresh food, and portions, I've chosen to drive 15 minutes away from my home to drive and dine at the Carrollton location. I'm so happy I found this location. The owner is very nice and constantly checks on his guests. I ordered the the 4-piece catfish combo and he gave me 6 pieces. Then, prior to finishing my meal, a team member came out with a basket of rolls, giving out free roles! I will always come to this store! Very grateful for their very kind service!

This golden chick has so many displays that a seafood combination is for $11.99 but they charged me more than what was advertised. I spoke with the manager and they didnt want to abide by flyers or billbpard that they have all around the resturant.

This location needs a serious overhaul. I received burnt rolls tonight, no honey mustard and some terrible chicken. Let’s not forget that I had to repeat the beginning of my order three times because the person taking the order was so distracted. No fried tenders available. Somebody needs to manage this place.
