We contracted Grist & Grind to provide an assortment of pastry's for a work event. We could not have been more pleased with the variety, taste, texture, and overall service, Carol and Amber provided. We will definitely be calling on them for more events. *Note coffee is not a Grist & Grind coffee.

Very cute place that has very good food. The owner and her daughter are so friendly. If today wasn’t our last day in Texas we would definitely go back to try more of their delicious baked goods.

Forgot to take pic of my pastries but the snicker doodle cookie and berry danish were a delight. Friendly staff and good coffee. Highly recommend it.

Friendly and professional service! Coffee and baked goods are some of the best in the area. This is a hidden gem that deserves some extra attention.

It's a lovely little place, but we must have visited on a REALLY BAD baking day! Cinnamon rolls were flat, less than an inch high. When I commented on how they looked, employee said, 'Yeah, that's how they turned out, but they're still delicious'. She was wrong! We bought two, an almond croissant and an apple hand pie, and took them to our daughter's family. Food was horrible! Rolls were heavy and tasteless - croissant was DRY and no almond taste - pie was just okay, but nothing great. A very expensive stop - we won't be back. Others seem to love the place, so maybe it was just a bad day, proceed with caution.

We just discovered this place and we were delighted with our treats today! We took advantage of their BOGO Tuesday offer to try the cheese and jalapeno croissants - INCREDIBLE - and got a few things to try later, a cherry cobbler muffin and a cinnamon roll, neither of which made it to dinner because they were gobbled up. Can't wait to come back and try something new!Service was wonderful and we were sent on our way with heating instructions for our items, which was super helpful. So glad we have a proper (and delicious) bakery so close to us!

Good coffee great conversation with the barista!Small, so not conducive to sit and have a cup of espresso unless on your own. Decent bakery variety to select from. Will visit again when in town.

Grist & Grind Bakery I tried this bakery yesterday, which is located next to Zacado's on Hebron. I lucked out because Tuesday is BOGO croissant day. It was wonderful. Rich, buttery and flaky. I had the chocolate one yesterday and the plain this morning. I was also in need of a little afternoon pick me up and treated myself to a cappuccino. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee and yummy baked goods, then you need to give them a try.

This is two reviews really. And a hopeful request. This place is awesome! The wonderful woman who runs it knows what she's doing and understands baking! And the bakery doesn't insist on itself. It's not like the chain ones where the walls and ads tell you you're enjoying something, it lets you find and uniquely enjoy what YOU want. There's all kinds of different treats and pastries and they don't taste like each other! I find in lots of bakeries, everything kinda tastes like everything else. Not here. Also, I came in today because my lady oil change had me NEEDING chocolate.Madame Proprietar of Goodness, please add what you made me to a special menu! It was literally EXACTLY what I needed. And I know I'm not alone! That magical brownie and perfect chocolate frosting with Oreo dust is art and gonna be a regular staple for me!

If you haven't been give them a try. Service is excellent. The two ladies I met who worked the counter were very nice. One of them makes fresh home made biscuits every morning! Tell you what, I got there about 9:05 and she'd just pulled these delicious biscuits out of the oven. Amazing! Just what a homemade biscuit should be, light, high and just the right amount of fluffy! I got cookies for my little neighbor, delicious! And I tried the pumpkin spice latte! Yum!! Haven't had one in 3 years -pumpkin coffee burn out! But I got one that morning, and I'm not sorry I did!! It's a small, sweet little shop and I hope they're there a long time!
