Extremely disappointed in the service, quality and quantity of food, and how badly they have handled our advanced reservation and their execution for party of about 30 people for a special event. They wanted us to order in advanced and place a deposit so they can be prepared, so we did, but both our service and food were terrible, worse than if we had just show up and order. My family and I have been coming here for year,, but this time, they have left us so very disappointed that we will not return as there are plenty of places around that we can support. We are also so embarrassed that we had booked this place and to invite our family here. Never again! 1. We weren't greeted. 2. No one took our drink order. Maybe they think water in plastic to go cup is enough. 3. Portion was 1/3 of what is served. We 've been customers here for years so we know so not sure what happened when i's a big party. 4. Meat were not served in their usual, hot sizzling plate. They were placed on plain, tiny plastic plates. 5. Many more things have gone wrong that night during our dinner and I do not want to mention it all. Super disappointed. NO ONE IN OUR FMAILY ENJOYED THE DINNER. Again, we are embarrassed to have booked this place and invited our family and friends. If they are unable to serve a large group decently, then they shouldve turned us down so we can go with another place. When we brought up our concerns, the manager lady just said oh. Hmm

I hosted a big party here (~30 people) and the food was not the same. The same dishes that I have ordered here before were very different. The quantity and quality suffered tremendously, it was half the portion size on 3 of my normal dishes that i order and did not look even close to what it was. I complained and was very upset about it but nothing happened. Sad to say I won't be returning and I do go here often too.

Lovely interior, very sleek and modern in this spacious yet intimate Korean BBQ restaurant - and both the food and service here is AWESOME!! We came in hot and exhausted from an outdoor event and were immediately ushered to a cool booth and served tall glasses of cold water. HEAVENLY Shortly after the banchan arrived: so many banchan, and all deliciously different, with a nice balance between tangy and savory, some spicy and some not. We had: slightly sour/sweet cucumber pickles (not spicy), spicy cucumber pickles, spicy tangy cabbage Kimchi, picked daikon in spicy sauce, crisp-cooked broccoli, fried fish cake tossed in sesame oil, acorn jelly with ssamjang, stewed spicy eggplant, blanched bean sprouts, pink pickled daikon and beets, and cucumber kimchi. My faves were the kimchis, the stewed eggplant and the spicy daikon. So refreshing!! Staff are happy to bring more banchan so don't be shy! We are familiar with Korean food, but if you are not, staff explains everything on the menu really well, so dim it be intimidated. This is a great place to try the whole Korean BBQ experience, especially for first-timers. We chose not to cook our own food (had had enough baking and heat), so we opted to have the chef prepare our dishes for us - and they were delicious! I ordered the Spicy Cold Buckwheat Noodle with Galbi, which was so delicious and refreshing - there is nothing like ice-cold buckwheat noodles in Gochujang to cool you down and make you happy. Galbi were tender, well marinated and delicious. I also had a small salad of romaine and shaved daikon dressed lightly with a Chile dressing - delicious! My younger daughter also had the Cold Noodle and Galbi Combo, but hers was not spicy. It came in a cold soup broth that was salty, tangy, refreshing and so balanced. I love spicy Korean, it I would get hers (or mine) again in a heartbeat. My husband got the beef bulgogi - which I thought was very tender and well-seasoned. Portions are generous and we each took home leftovers for the next day. We will definitely be back - next time to KBBQ!! 5 exceptional dining experience stars

Food was delicious. We had a waiter who couldn't really translate anything in English for us or recommend anything was the only downfall for our first time to try the place.

I've tried Korean bbq so many places and this place is a good bbq place you should try in Carrollton too! I just love everything we ordered. Hopefully they will serve Gobchang in the restaurant soon.

We love the Galbi-tang and seafood pancake. Delicious. I was not impressed with the lunch box because I was expecting California rolls or something else. We were in the beginning asking for the BBQ menu but that set menu special for $34.95 per person is only offered to group of people at least 4 or 5 people

Food is 4-5 stars but the waitress quality was bad. We went in for a late lunch around 3pm and wife gave a 11% tip ($8) due to unsatisfactory service. The waitress insisted that she did the calculations wrong on the total amount and somehow tricked her into putting down 29% ($20) tip on the total instead. I asked about it after coming back from the restroom and the other waitress came explaining how the original tip wasn’t fair knowing they changed the actual tip amount. I didn’t even bother fighting them over it and changed the tip amount to 17% ($12) although the service was mediocre at very best. This had been a long favorite for the family but I guess it’s time to change up.

Always driven by this place and never think to stop in. Wanting to try a new place for dinner, I looked at their menu and saw that they have beef short rib stew. Came in for dinner on a Friday night at 7:00 pm and the place was not busy. I like how the tables had partitions in between them and I think I even saw separate dining rooms as well. Our server was really friendly. We ordered the seafood pancake which she served us our first piece onto our plates. Then the beef stew was bought out on a portable stove. She cut the meat off the bone table side and served us our first bowl as well. I was impressed. As for the food, they provide several banchan with your meal. The seafood pancake was crispy but the taste was on the mild, bland side. I typically like a lot of green onion in my pajeon. The beef stew had more of a soup consistency. The beef was delicious and tender though. We added rice cakes and that was a great addition. It was a generous portion but also pricey at $60. The crowd did grow by the time we were done and our server never came back to check up on us. There's no bell at your table here. We finally signaled for the hose who rushed over to give us our check. It was a decent meal and I would come back in the future.

The food here has always been pretty good and I consider it one of the staple Korean restaurants in the area. They are open late and the staff has always been pretty good here. They also have meeting rooms available if you want a private room. I like pretty much everything on the menu and tend to come here when I am not sure what I want, but just know I want to get a good meal without taking a chance on an unknown restaurant.

This place has lots of mixed reviews but my personal experience was good here! Came with a party of 6 on Saturday night and we were seated in a private room which was nice. The portions here were BIGG. We had plenty of food for all of us to eat and even take home although it is NOT an all you can eat. The meat was good and we were given a variety of side dishes to go along with our meat. I'd say it's a little more expensive than the competition around the area but the portions made up for it. The service was okay but could improve. The server did not stop in frequently to refill waters but no other issues. The lady that helped us was very kind and had a great attitude.
