I’ve seriously never had a fried egg cooked better than I had here tonight! Fantastic service, great food and a great price. Served hot and fast. Eggs a perfect over easy. Hash browns crispy on the outside. Skin on sausage links very flavorful. Bacon a perfect mix of chewy and crispy. The berry lemon ricotta French toast was warm and yummy. Josh gives outstanding customer service. My compliments to tonight’s chef ( Erendira) !! The other girl working was also very nice and helpful but I didn’t catch her name. Thanks guys. I’ll be back

Definitely the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. Took us 10mins to get seated. There was only like 3 tables and we waited for 1 and 30mins for our food which we never got. So we ended up leaving and going to different IHOP. Seems like the server was new or just a bit slow but I would definitely not give me business to them and I would definitely suggest anyone to avoid this location.

First time in a while going to IHOP. Food is average, but for the first time, they got my eggs right, poached hard, which has never happened at and IHOP. Service was about what you expect from the chain. Server dropped off food and didn't return until I waived to get our check, had to go ask for extra napkins up front as server was nowhere to be found, but then I get that they're not wanting to put a lot of effort in as most people tip terrible at a place like this. Overall, it's decent, but I wouldn't be the first to suggest any IHOP.

Don’t get me wrong the food was alright for it being ihop. The only reason why I even bothered to rate it high was because of the customer service. I came in one morning with my two hungry children that were acting like wild animals since they were hangry.My server Ramiro had so much patience for me and the kids I was already having a bad morning as it was but he definitely made my day. He was super attentive with us and even made us laugh with his great conversations so much so that I wouldn’t expect anything less from servers from now on!

With me traveling for work, this place has become a daily staple for my breakfast. Gilbert since the first time I’ve eaten here has been one of the best servers I’ve had. I can’t stress it enough. He’s really good and personable. He knows my order to the T and never fails to provide the best he can! He goes out of his way to make sure my group and I are always taken care of every visit!Dietary restrictions: They provide a lot of healthy meal substitutes! Try the protein pancakes!
