I walked into this location around 430. I stood in the front of the counters while there were 5 or employees working in the back. I understand when they have a big order to complete but my problem is they never acknowledge me to let me know that we’re working on a big order. Never letting me know it was gonna be a second or nothing.So they finally take my order after waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes not being acknowledge. I take my order and received my order. there was a couple of things missing. I let them know and the guy just looks at me check the screen and go to the back to grab the rest of my order. I checked the third bag there’s a taco missing and with an attitude he says no I put two in there. I’m looking at the bag there’s only one he doesn’t want to look at the bag he says that’s not his job to look. Then grab another taco and throw it in the bagI didn’t even ask for hot sauce, ketchup, or anything because I was tired of waiting and then getting treated with an attitudeThis all took 25 minutes. My lunch break is only 30 minutes long.

I love this location so much but STAFF PLEASE: DO NOT PUT BROWN SYRUP SUGAR IN THE VANILLA COFFEE. I come here almost every day and ask them to please make it plain because the boba syrup stuff in the coffee makes it just thick and the taste is unpleasant.

This is the second morning I ordered a sourdough Jack for my artistic child and both times there were no meat put on either burger. I called the restaurant and repeated my order back and they hung up in my face more than once, and now they will not answer so I have a sourdough Jack with no meat when my DoorDash order says 100% meat patty and to top it off. I do not receive my money back. This is unacceptable and horrible. When I asked speak with a manager they hung up and this is two mornings in a rowThe first picture is from yesterday morning ( the time is onThe pictures see if he would eat it and he did not and the second picture is from this morning that he wouldn’t eat as well. And again, i can’t get my money backThis is so unacceptable I will be calling for manager every day until I speak with one. Better yet I’m calling corporate.(sourdough sandwiches with no meat smh) I can’t believe this .

This was my favorite spot untill tonight the Girl in the Window almost quept my card no ketchup all the Ford was cold they didn't even warm up the sourghdough buns.. This is a sueing matter if I get sick.. never going back.

I came for a extremely simple order on 02/15/2024 around 1030am for fries and dessert only to be introduced to the absolute worst customer service from 2 latina workers. Especially the 2nd one I corrected my order to who was slightly smaller and more feminine than the one who gave me the wrong order.

Disappointment… now I remember why I stopped coming to this location. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and this is what I get… I guess this is what $10 looks like smh.UPDATE: I went to correct my kids order and they only added meat and cheese.. no bacon. At this point it is what it is… & I don’t appreciate one of the “managers” before 10pm hanging up on me. Best believe I went lookin for her. Poor customer service for sure!

I placed a mobile order from my phone three weeks ago for delivery and the door dash person canceled.. not a big deal. Waited a week and never received a refund. Called door dash and they said they released the money to jack in the box because it was done through jack in the box app. Now this location will never pick up there phone!! Horrible service when I’m the customer and y’all/door dash messed up.
