This location should have new hours. People get off late and if I arrive 15-20 mins before closing , I shouldn’t get no answer at the drive thru. This happens all the time and it’s unfortunate but I will not return.

As for the fast food industry jack in the box is as good as it gets. Fresh enough,hot enough and I've never had them mess my order up.

Went here and some overweight employee who looked pretty dirty made my burger with his bare hands..while making the burger he dropped a lid on the floor..hand clearly touched the dirty floor and went back to making the burger...I left and didnt eat after that..lost my appetite

I just went through the drive thru and ordered two kids chicken nugget meals and a large diet coke and one of the meals had jalapeño poppers (which 2 year olds can't/won't eat) and the diet coke was awful. I tried calling and first it rang for a long time then gave me dial tone, then when I called back, twice it said the number was not set up.

Did not get a receipt, did not get the correct items, and last the gentleman at the window was very rude. I'm not happy at all with my purchase.

I was at this location at 8:51am on Monday Oct 2. The three ladies at the window are evil and vile. They should not be in a position to face customers at all. They were so rude and nasty. They even refused to provide me a bag for a large order I was picking up.Whoever runs this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

Drive thru server can't pay attention... only heard half of what I asked for.... didn't know that the tap to pay on a debit card doesn't last forever... told me my payment was declined without trying to use the card in a different way and then acted like I was the problem...1 star for service is too much... and the fries were cold

Got a Jr Jack pack and a few other things and was surprised to find out they left off the meat. They put everything but meat lol. I want to be contacted about a refund. I'm already home and no one is picking up the phone.
