We had to stop ordering delivery because we consistently got the wrong food. When we order take out, it is hit or miss whether or not we will get our food in a timely manner and if the staff will be disrespectful. It's just not worth it.

Might be one of the worst locations in the country. NEVER have any pizza “hot and ready”. People always sitting around waiting for pizzas. Blasting rap music to the point you have to speak loudly to order.

I hate to be that guy, but hot and ready is not a thing anymore. Only one person at the store, who didn’t greet anyone walking in. Placed an order online since I clearly wasn’t going to be helped and it took 20 minutes to come out. Little Caesar’s used to be the place to get a quick junk food fix, now it’s just any other pizza place with worse pizza. Next time I’ll get pizza I actually like, since I have to wait anyway ??♂️

Customer service was spot on. The girl who answered the phone was toooo respectful literally she's amazing!!! Cory was helpful and kind. He made the best pizza I've ever gotten from Little Caesars in my life! The staff here tonight (01/05/24) was beyond top tier. Amazing with customer service, amazing with answering the phone, amazing with respect... I have nothing but raving reviews.

I don't know who they have working here or preparing the pizzas if it's someone that isn't fully trained very disappointing you can't trust or have the confidence that the pizza will be cooked correctly all the way. My pizza was not cut all the way through and the pizza was cold and wasn't cooked well at all. The pizza was sticking to the box so they didn't use enough dough or sauce it was just a terrible experience. Do better service like this shouldn't be in Carrollton Tx

I live roughly 5 miles from this store yet make the drive any time I am wanting little Caesar's. The people are just the right level of friendly.
Writing reviews is not something I often do. The General Mgr, Trevor, is worth pointing out for not only his excellent customer service, but his abilities to multitask, serve customers, help employees & conduct business all with a very calm, cool, & professional manner.I've been in business & management for 25 years... I know talent & people... Trevor is definitely worth recognition. He's a keeper !

I had to wait an about an hour for my pizzas. I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread online and 30 minutes in I went in to see how much longer the guy said the bread is in the oven. 20 minutes later I went back in to see where my order is and they handed me 2 pepperoni pizzas but no cheese bread. Come to find out they never put it in the oven. Please schedule more than 3 people on a Friday night like y’all know it’s gonna be busy!!!

This locations been a little up and down over the past 5 years, but lately, we've really had great experiences. Today we ordered from Trevor, and he was both enthusiastic and seemed to really care. They were out of ham, which is a bummer, but Trevor said, 'tell me what else I can put on that pizza to make it right'. It's just a rare commodity to find someone in front line restaurant or retail that puts in the effort to care and create a win - win situation. We'll keep choosing this store over the belt line store. (for the record, the answer is bacon. Bacon and pineapple).
