First time ordering online and picking up from this location. Service was great! I didn’t know how to get my order and the cashier explained it to me perfectly. Food was great, and you can’t beat the price! The pretzel crust pizza is my favorite! We tried the Pizza Cups for the first time and they are good. We didn’t order them originally, but did when we got there. They were sitting in the warmer so they probably would be better if they were fresh!

I usually don’t eat Little Caesars but today I changed my mind, I wanted to try the pizza cups, an item of its own kind.I was very surprised at the taste and I ate all four. Good thing they were cheap cause I’m usually lunch poor.A coworker of mine tried them out and spread the word.If it were just their regular pizza, they probably would’ve come in third.I can actually say that I may take another lunch trip soon.Off to Little Caesar’s I will go for more pizza cups and I won’t even need a spoon.

I just left this location 20 minutes ago. The customer service was phenomenal! The guy at the register and the lady who I think is the manager gave excellent customer service! I had an online order and and accidentally placed an order inside! They helped me with a smile on their faces and didn't hesitate! I will tell everyone about this location! Good customer service is almost rare these days! I should've gotten their names.

For some reason I knew it was a bad decision to even visit a little ceaser with as many bad previous experiences I’ve had but my staff suggested I try the new puffs , I placed an order online drove 7 miles to the nearest location and waited patiently the email said my name would appear on the screen when ready however 30 minutes later the tracker said still in oven! I was never spoken to asked if I needed any assistance or anything! 7 people placed orders who came in while I was waiting one of which was a big order and they all received their food and left and there was no pizza ready it was being made, so how after 30 mins cheesy puffs still weren’t done I donno! I got a message when I made it home that they were ready! Keep them, keep the 6 dollars and keep the horrible service!

This is the WORST location I’ve been to. The food was very doughy. I called up there, no answer. I had to drive all the way back there and the manager “claim” that the phone doesn’t work which is dumb. How can you manage a fast food store with no phone? Then the manager barely handled the situation and just had another employee hand me ANOTHER doughy pizza. So yeah. Don’t ever go to this location. This location should be honestly shut down.

Ordered delivery from here and got a pizza,, crazy bread and pizza puffs. The dough on the bread and pizza puffs were not cooked all the way and soggy. The pizza was greasy.
