Terrible customer service. The waitress never checked on us. I asked the waitress for something and she never came back with it. She never refilled our waters either. The place was not busy and we were the only customers there which is strange. Our food was taking forever to cook because the grill wasn't hot enough. I would request the heat to be higher but the waitress never checked on us. It seemed like our waitress didn't even want to be there. She would hide in the back and was very short with us. When I tried to ask her for something or get her attention she walked away. Food was typical but I'll never be back because of the bad customer service.

This is one of my parents' favorite places to go for special occasions (it's kind of far and none of us eat that much anymore). It's also a favorite place to take visitors from out of town that are fellow foodies because it's likely something they've never experienced. The food is always good, high quality. You can choose whatever ingrediemts you want. There are 3 choices... you can do the hot pot, the at table barbecue, or both. We love introducing new experiences to adventurous folks! There are other Korean BBQ places we have enjoyed, but they didn't have the hot pot option at the same time.

So I came here because a friend invited me to try it. Honestly I didn't think I would liked it based on the pictures but I like to try things at least once. Sadly I didn't like it. It's all u can eat pricing so 25.99 for all you can eat and i still left hungry. So to me it was super pricey. You are given a choice of broth to cook your food in and I picked the beef broth to play it safe. I tried my friends, she got the spicy one and I preferred that one better. Then we chose 3 meats for the table, they only bring you three meats at a time max. We got 1,5 and the chicken. You then go over to the food bar area to pick out your veggies, noodles and sauces. Again because I didn't really know a lot of the items there I only came out with a few things. Then came the actual cooking part- which was a bit overwhelming since we weren't really explained the hot pot buttons to control the temps. I pretty much left my food in there too long that my food came out super soggy and with no flavor. Again I wish I would've known what sauces to maybe add to help with the flavoring. Overall it was a big mess and it wasn't even good. FYI-For any meat that is left they will charge you extra. I know ppl really like this style of dining but I can't say I'm a fan of it. Would I try it again?..I doubt it. But at least I can say I've tried it...

the meat is quite thin like paper and the service to get more meat is slow but other than that its pretty good if youre on a budget

Manna Shabu is very similar to the 9292 Shabu in ATL; where they have AYCE shabu -- the only thing is, they don't offer AYCE shabu salad bar only. It comes with the meat but the price point is only $26.99, which I thought was super affordable. We came here for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised, because they also have seafood at the salad bar! The place isn't as big as 9292 Shabu, but that wasn't a big deal because there were still plentiful options to choose from. My mom and I ordered the seafood broth, and we were able to choose three meats at once. We tried all of the beef, and it was not the best quality, but it was pretty solid considering AYCE. I really liked how the mini hot pot was big so you can add in multiple things. Regarding seafood, the octopus, clam, shrimp & mussels were pretty good. I would say the squid and the crab weren't the freshest. Server was super attentive and she made sure we were good on meat and broth which was really nice. Don't forget to always end your meal with some noodles - they are well worth it! It's like the dessert of shabu. I really enjoyed this place; it was affordable and it had a lot of options. When I move down to the Dallas area, I will definitely be frequenting here!

This is definitely my go to for kbq. Kelly is the best server ever! She is so very attentive and my son absolutely loves her, along with the other waitress I feel at home. I am so glad they brought back option B on the menu and added some new options.

Ordered the Huo Guo broth--I know this isn't a Chinese place but I still did it--definitely doesn't compare to a traditional place, the flavor didn't rise far past "broth" and wasn't spicy at all. The ladies serving us were pretty nice. The sauce bar somehow disappointed at every step--individually, the soybean paste tasted awful, the sesame paste was off, the chili oil was again, somehow not spicy? And mixing a few other sauces didn't fix anything. This was somehow the most irritating to me because a good sauce can really transform mid-tier quality food but even though the station seemed well-maintained it just fell short. Meat selection is okay, only one lamb option and a couple pork options, the quality of the meat overall is pretty mediocre. There's a self serve area where you can pick out your veggies, mushrooms, noodles, and seafood/fishballs. I didn't have any of the seafood but apparently the squid and octopus were pretty okay and the shrimp not so much. The veg selection itself was somewhat limited in comparison to other hotpot places. Overall, not an awful place but not worth returning to.

Ayce shabu! Made a reservation for a big party and they sat us in a big room in the back. The tables have 6 pots per table. You pick a broth and 3 meats at a time, and there is a buffet style section for veggies, noodles, sauces, and seafood.

We are in town for a college campus visit. Decided to try shabu. This place is very clean and the seafood from the buffet was very fresh. Soup was very tasty after we added a pinch of salt and sugar.

I usually go to Gen KBBQ across the street but they were extremely packed. I found this place that had the same price and had way more room. I would say that this place fulfilled my expectations. The meat was better marinated in my opinion and it wasn't as loud as Gen. Also the ventilation was great because I didn't feel like a grill when I came out. I would definitely come back here for another round of Korean barbecue!

It is pretty much a scam. Is it unlimited food, yes. Do they give you unlimited meat and seafood without hesitation, hell no. Service is terrible, they refill your orders slowly on purpose so you can't eat over $25 I guess and waitresses argue with you about orders like they own the place. 2 hours limit and they only fill 3 orders. Meat slices are thinner than paper. Raise your price if you can't make money off $25 Food is pretty good so if you have an appetite of a baby then this is ok.

Love coming here for hotpot! Great value for all you can eat! Choose your flavor broth and help yourself at the buffet bar. Plenty of fresh veggies, variety of seafood, and noodles. Mix and match your own sauce. The attentive servers will keep your selection of meats coming. Limited to 3 plates per round. Complete it and they'll be back around. Hotpot is better served when it's cold outside. Our go to place when we're lazy to cook and clean for hotpot.
