This was my favorite store, but unfortunately they messed up my order today! I called to let them know, this woman Kelly told me she herself cut my pizza which wasn't true. When I picked my order there were to male employees. It made me upset the ? lies I don't want free food but I like to get what I'm paying for it. Be professional, you gave me a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and bell peppers while I order I cauliflower pizza with pepperoni and intalian sausage. You just lost a regular customer.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would My pizza was delivered fast exactly what I asked for and delicious and Hot,My sister said they were good so I decided to try them and she was spot on and the garlic butter it's better than any garlic butter that I have got from a pizza place Thanks

I waited 30 minutes for my order at the store while other people got theirs before me. I was completely ignored by the staff when I asked for my order and when I asked for a customer service number to complain I was given a number for gift cards. I will not be returning to this location. Also I never got my food.

rude customer service. Apparently had two of the same names and exact same order so they gave out pizzas away and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes after 35 waiting already. Offered no apology or type of discount for the inconvenience.

Attempted to order from uber eats and someone stole my order the workers are incompetent. How on the hell you tell uber eats I never placed an order, then tell me someone already picked it up. ? idiotas!!

I actually ordered from them the first time about a month ago, I failed to give Marcos Pizza their review.. I had to go and order a couple of more pizzas just to make sure I gave them the fairest review... I absolutely unequivocally Love Marcos Pizza, they are conveniently located on Marsh and Keller Springs RD... Staff is friendly and it smells like an authentic Italian kitchen there... I took the pizza back to my house and the pizza looked appropriate in size the color was inviting and the smell was mouthwatering.. the taste was very enjoyable, fresh crust.. baked just right... Very crisp crust on edges and somehow soft and fluffy inside..I give this place a yummmmmmmmy score.. you won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't.

I ordered the parmesan chicken wings and I received dried out disgusting shoe leather. Not even the delicious parmesan sauce could help. This is sad, because the first time I ordered these - they were excellent! What happened Marcos on Marsh Lane? The pizza was less than spectacular as well. I ordered the Chicken Florentine but the chicken was dried out and sort of gross. I will not order from this store again.

I ordered a pepperoni magnifico pizza tonight (from the 2201 Marsh Lane store) through the Marcos app with added mushrooms and green peppers over all. Shame on me for not checking the pizza when I picked it up, but when I got home the mushrooms and green peppers were only over half. I called back and asked to speak to the manager (sounded like “Stone?”) and told him the error. I didn’t even ask for compensation, was just letting him know his staff got the order wrong. He started out very polite, apologized, looked up the order, and offered me a $5 credit next time I ordered another pizza at their store. It wasn’t necessary but I thanked him and that was that. But then he called me back a couple of minutes later, and said his staff said they had received a phone call “from a woman” telling them on the pepperoni magnifico pizza with mushrooms and green peppers to only do the veggies on half the pizza. I laughed and said that had to have been meant for another order, because no one else knew I was ordering pizza from Marcos, or even what I was ordering. But he insisted a call had been placed by a woman on behalf of my order, and therefore was reducing my $5 credit to $1.57. So first of all, your staff is lying to you to avoid having to take responsibility for their error. Second, are you serious with reducing an already small credit you had offered for my inconvenience? And third, when I told him *again* there was no woman who called in on behalf of my order, and that his staff was mistaken, and that I might not bother to come back to his store to claim the credit, I didn’t even get the chance to finish my sentence before he hung up on me. So Marcos corporate, maybe you don’t care how your managers talk to your customers, but I can guarantee I’ll never place another order at that store again.
