I stopped by the McDonald's at 422 pm today. Waited at the counter. Cashier helped the non English speaking family and after they walked off I was waiting for the young Mexican kid to assist me and he walked off into the kitchen and then he walked out the door. I should call immigration and have ever sob in the restaurant picked up. This is what America has come too

You order on mobile you get to window then they park you next to the other 10 cars waiting then 15 min later they come out with order then don't have the condiments you requested then because they don't want to go get it they lie and say they are out then you go in and magically they now have three trips back to back gave me the same result

I'd been having a perfect eating breakfast week at McDonald's until someone decided to out cheese on my sausage biscuit today! Get it together people and I didn't have time to go back so I'm at work having the worst day

Literally can never come here without being told to pull forward into a parking spot. More often than not the order is also missing something or just completely wrong items. Staff is friendly though. Just annoying I can never just get my food at the window.

I was told I couldn't have my son's 1st birthday.but I used two tables for it. I decorated it . They said because her customers had a problem with it. I said what's the problem if I'm spending over $100 on food here. Iv called multiple times no pick up to plan his party. I went up and gave my info so the manager could call three weeks before the event. I never got a call back. This by far was the worst experience I had.Wish I could get my money back for this rude unprofessional experience.Lastbyear , I went to the McDonald's on 407 in Lewisville by the lake for my daughter's party. They were wonderful. That was very accommodating. So we will only be using the McDonald's in Lewisville by lake for now on. Sad I have to drive to another city to celebrate an event.

So I went to here a FAST FOOD restaurant to be told rudely by the manager I need to park and wait for coffee when no one was behind me. FOR COFFEE??? FOR COFFEE? if you want fast food or drink and you need to get to work don’t come here please. Please y’all need to do better park and wait FOR COFFEE??? where is the customer service where is the urgency to satisfy your customers…again FOR COFFEE???!?!!!!?!!??

This place vibe doesn't work for me. Twice, they didn't receive my App order and they had me WAIT by digging Order no in the system and preparing the order. Also, once I ordered Frappuccino from the counter and they handed me Plain Cold Coffee. Manager shrugged like its nothing. On the contrary, the MCD on Josey location works for as like a breeze. Will stick to Josey lane location, not this one.
Made to pull up and wait for my drive thru, app order. Waited 10 minutes and went in as I was now late for work. My order was sitting there. What is the point of ordering ahead on the app when this happens?

McDonald's is very unfriendly to Asians. They don't know how to train their employees, but as long as Asians come, they are safe and take orders. I would like to convey this information to McDonald's headquarters.
