Terrible experience here. Placed an order over the phone and showed up to get my pizza and waited over a freaking hour for it to be told that they hadn’t even started it. HORRIBLE customer service. Canceled my order (still have to wait on a refund) and left WITHOUT a pizza. Super disappointing as it is now 8PM and I have not gotten my food. Never getting pizza at Papa John’s again.

Was waiting in line to use the restroom. Out comes an older lady with glasses that worked there. It smelled like she went poop. No big deal about that but what grossed me out is the sink was dry no fresh water from under the faucet. So basically she didnt was her dirty little poopy hands. Told them to cancel my order. Nothing but trashy people in that location. Tried calling customer service but loops you back to restraunt.

ordered pizza at 6 pm, said it would arrive to me by 7:40 pm (I live 10 minutes away). tried to call around 9 pm, waited on the line for 30 minutes, no one picked up so I ordered food on uber eats. my uber order arrived right as the restaurant finally decided to start delivering my order, which arrived at 10:30 pm, and the all of the food was cold.

Placed an online order, when checking the tracker I realized the tracker wouldn’t move to a following step. Decided to contact them by phone and no one ever answered. But once I did that, the tracker magically moved! Still kept trying to get in contact by phone but no luck. Waited over an hour, ridiculous! I placed the order around 7pm and it’s currently 10:30 pm and still no pizza. Papa Johns, DO BETTER OR GET BETTER EMPLOYEES

Stay far away from this place if plan on having something delivered. This location uses DoorDash and had hard time getting my pizza because the driver didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak his language. When I did get my food after him trying to deliver it for 20 minutes it was cold. Called the store to complain about the issue and the so called acting manager was totally unconcerned. I was told they have no control over who’s delivering your food never again.

Had ordered a large pizza, waited patiently and the pizza was left on the floor. My door bell wasn’t rung, my door wasn’t knocked on nor was I notified it had arrived. Worst delivery service I’ve dealt with in years.

This was the worse pizza experience ever. First of all my order arrived later than they initially said. When I saw they were using DoorDash I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. When the pizza got here it was all smooshed up to the back of the box. All of the toppings had slid off half of the pizza. I tried to fix it, but it all the toppings did not stick (see picture). It was clear that the either Papa John’s or the DoorDash delivery person held the box on its side to make everything slip off. Ultimately it is Papa John’s fault for using DoorDash for the delivery and not their own drivers. Horrible experience and never ordering from here again. STOP USING DOORDASH, THEY SUCK!
