I came in to grab a pizza and bread sticks for my wife and I, I get there the man shows me the cheesy bread he said it was burnt but I thought it looked pretty good. He said it's ok we made another one for you, I personally like burnt cheesy bread he gave me both of them I appreciate that. As a business owner myself I pride myself on a standard and if I don't meet that standard I go above and beyond to make sure I make it right.

Last minute pizza order to satisfy a crave and remembered why I love pizza hut so much. Pizza was delivered under 30min, flavors were spot on, was fresh and hot out the box. I also tried those new bacon Cheddar cheese sticks, yummy. Will order again.
We ordered online and had delivered to our hotel. It was quick, easy, and delicious.

Customer service is really dead. I order (used to order) from this location all the time. When a customer pays for an order and you get it wrong, you need to fix it or refund their money.You can’t trust this location to give you the right order, or be accountable when a mistake is made.You put your order in, pay for it and hope that it’s tight, and if it’s not, they expect to keep your money. You either accept or go through your bank. It shouldn’t take that.

Although I live in the middle of two Pizza Hut’s I always choose the location on Midway :)
On this day September 15th at 10:43pm to the night shift crew ??yall made this pizza with so much love you can taste it in every bite ? whatever mood the cook was in tonight he/she need to be in that mood EVERY second of the day frfr thank you for this amazing pizza

My crust was too greasy, sauce was uneven on overall whole pizza, very few toppings. Would not recommend.

I placed an order for delivery and was going to pay cash but got called immediately saying they have no delivery and will be using a second party delivery service that I will need to use an credit or debit card or I can just pick it up or wait 3 hours till they have drivers available I told the manager to just cancel the order and I would possibly just wait to re order I then continued to ask is there anyway I can get some kind of gift card or anything for the inconvenience and he said no that it's not in his hands that i can just come in and pick up but that's defeating the point of delivery .... he was then very rude with me afterwards and even hung up on me
