Pollo Regio is truly a hidden gem. Great atmosphere, the lovely folks working here are always quick with a smile and patient if a menu item is unfamiliar to you. The food will absolutely speak for itself. Incredibly delicious, the portion sizes are a great bang for your buck too. I always leave satisfied and with yummy leftovers for later. My only complaint, which is personal preference really, is that they don't have Coke products ??♀️?
Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere both inside and when going through the drive-through. Prices are great and for is outstanding!!

Wendy was AMAZING. She communicated very well with me and my group of guys. She explained everything and gave us a good description of everything. Honestly it’s hard to find people like her, that make people feel comfortable at a place you’ve never eaten before
