Ripped us off; Poor Management - We ordered three Cupbaps that the menu says were to be “served with Miso soup.” When food was delivered, the server said, “Sorry, we don’t have any more miso soup because we are about to close.” It was only about 7:30pm and they weren’t going to close for over two hours. Simply, they were too lazy to make more miso and give us what we paid for. And they never offered to discount the price of the meal or offer an alternative. We didn’t receive what we believed we ordered. There was no attempt to do the right thing. The least they could’ve done is tell us when we ordered that miso soup wouldn’t be provided so we could change our order. And after ripping us off, they had the gall to still charge us 20% tip as a mandatory service charge. If this is the way they treat paying customers, why should anyone go there?

Beware! The website's price is a scam and service is extremely bad. The price on the website and the real price don't match. I came to order a lunch box because I saw the price on the website being $11, which is ok. But the waitress took my order wrongly and gave me a cupbap instead, and charge me $13. I came back to complain because the price is unreasonable to me, and switch to lunch box, but they told me that the lunch box is almost $15. Can you believe the huge difference in price they posted on the website and the actual price? And the cupbap's price on the website should be just $10 and serve with the miso soup, but they gave me a stupid answer that the cupbap does not come with the soup anymore and the price was changed LONG AGO. If that long ago, why the hell they didn't update the menu online? Honestly, this restaurant is a SCAM. Totally not recommend for the waste of money and annoyance P.S: give two star because at least the chicken tastes ok. If they could improve the management and customer experience then it should make customers happy. But now the customer experience is a big NO to me

The original tasted bland, adding any favors cost extra $2. I tried the garlic honey, it seems that they just added the fresh minced garlic and honey together, which is taste wired. At least they should try to fry the garlic and then mix with the honey sauces.

We had a quick bite at this restaurant. The lunch boxes are pretty food. $12.99 with a variety of foot items. The BBQ ribs were very tasty. The sunny side up was additional $0.99. Service a quick.

They are CRAZY.Way too over charge.6pcs of drum stick with sauce used to be $12 but now they charge $15.99.(30% increase)And drum stick with no sauce used to be $10 but now they charge $13.99.(40% increase)No wonder why there is no customer.I am not going back for sure.

Regret eating here so much! Service was terrible. Waiter brought wrong order, never brought my drink, water taste like meat, they tried overcharging me at the end. The food was basically corn with cheese melted on top, chicken was tasteless…frozen food from my fridge would’ve been better…

I'll say the chicken itself is very very good. With that said, we were waiting for a table for 40 minutes, the water tasted funky at best and impotable at worst. Not a good experience
