I placed a delivery order on march 22nd and it was wrong..I called the store and they said they wld refund the order..it is now a month later and I never received the refund after several phone calls to the store...I am very upset and WilL not be returning to this location again...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I don’t know how this place is still open, someone needs to send the health inspector and shut this place down, I got food poisoning from eating at this place a few hours later, and I saw roaches in the cinnamon roll case and in the dining area, I told the staff but they just shrugged it off like it was nothing.

Wanted to eat inside but it was closed, only drive thru. Worker stated she was by herself with cook and couldn’t do both window and dine in. Manager or owner should’ve came in and helped them out if they are short staffed. Most of my career was in supervision and multiple times I’d have to go in on my days off to help when staff was low.

rude girl in the drive threw literally threw my food at my and ran away from the window. not even a have a nice day or anything like she obviously seemed bothered to do the bare minimum for her job. i’ll drive the distance to go somewhere else.

I come to this location frequently (almost daily), and im not one to write reviews, but yesterday I used my points on the app to get a free pizza, and before i got a chance to eat it, my dog got to it first and ate the entire pizza. Bernando was so nice and gave me a pizza to make up for the one my dog ate. If i could rate service more i would.

Consistent with everything from service to food. This is honestly one of the best Schlotzsky’s around. Especially with every other sandwich place dropping in quality -cough- subway -cough- potbelly. Always come back to good ol’ Schlotz!

Had a late lunch here and man was the young lady at the counter terrible. She forgot to give me my chips and my drink cup then proceeded to walk to the front door and gaze at a tiny grass fire someone was putting out, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and finally had to ask her for my chips and cup, she then walked pass me, entered the kitchen and stuffed my things at me without saying a word to me. I will NOT be returning to this location in the future. Plent of others.
