Fresh sandwich and good service. They have the coke machine with all the flavors. One of the few places I can enjoy a Coke Zero Orange Vanilla.

Horrible service by the Indian gentleman working. I said thank you and your welcome and he looked at me like I was an alien. I'm guessing he needs DIVERSITY training. And to top it off the sandwiches were horrible. Not like they use to be in California. Train your employees, diversity training is key for a businesses success! A smile goes a long way!

Horrible experience! Literally just stopped for a cinnamon bun and it was a bad experience. First of all when we walked in the guy at the counter didn't even acknowledge we asked for two cinnamon buns. Once in the car we realized there was no silverware so my husband got off to get them. (No one came to the counter. So he had to walk behind the counter to get his own silverware.) I told him it's pointless because these cinnamon buns are rock hard cold!! Who sells ice cold cinnamon buns!?!?! Well I guess now I see why this place has such bad reviews.

Dude at the counter was rude, asked for valance vinegar and apparently this is the only location that doesn't carry it or the hot sauce. Love schlotzskys but this location needs to step it up.

Terrible customer service. Our company ordered about 22 sandwiches for a working meeting and it was delivered. Upon reviewing and setting up the table for this working lunch we realized oh crap we were shorted. So we called to inform them. The manager or whoever "the person in charge " was said that he could remake and we could pick them up. Well seeing we originally had them delivered we requested the same. The dude said he could not do as they don't deliver they use a delivery service, all while having a major attitude about it. So my boss hangs and sees that the class that's in the working lunch has enough so she calls back and decides to just ask for a refund for for the 3 missing sandwiches. The manager starts in on her saying that the kitchen is positive they got the order correct all while practically yelling at her. She responded back with a few choice words and tells him to keep those three damn sandwiches and hangs up. We have ordered many times from this location for department meetings/trainings but after this incident FORGET it!

Only sandwich I've had at one of their many locations that actually stacked it high. Hot & fresh...I see alot of bad reviews for this location...but mine was beyond perfect. Best sandwich from Schlotzsky's I've had in a long time.

I only ordered a cinnamon bun and the customer service was terrible! They made me wait, nobody was at the counter when I walked in the place wasn't busy so I know it wasn't a rush. Then when the worker came out her told me to hold on then when I tipped he didn't say thank you. I do not recommend spending your money or time here.

Great location. They have a hidden drive thru on the back side of the building. Always super fast and the staff is awesome too.

I placed an online order for a 12:00 noon pick up time. In addition to scheduling my order an hr in advance, I arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up since it was during lunch hour.The hispanic male whom I pressume was the manager gave me my order, but two of my sandwiches were missing. Luckily, I had enough sense to check my sack before leaving.After I brought this to the managers attention he never apologized, he told the cook about the missing items. While the cook was remaking the order another hispanic male walked in 10 minutes later after me and another customer. This customer barely waited 5 minutes and was able to get his order.Afterwards, I had to question the manager again about my food. I will never patronize this location again after dealing with poor customer service, sloppy food, and being treated like a second class citizen.

Staff likes to hangout in the back and no one to take orders in the front it’s happen more than twice prices a little high seems to me they want to go bankrupt on purpose sandwiches ok

This location is terrible! I waited a long time to get my food. My order was wrong and the food was nasty and cold. Definitely not worth the wait!
