We have been to hotpot and shabu from east to west coast. This, by far, has the tastiest and most thinly cut shabu meat of anywhere. AYCEHidden gem. Service was delightful. There's a sink for washing hands in the middle of the dining room which I think should be standard for any buffet. We haven't seen this anywhere else.My only complaint is that they are located in Dallas and we have no other reason to stop in Dallas. But, every time we drive through this will be a destination.Did I mention the gourmet meat? I have dreams about how thinly it's sliced.

Very little meat options, we only got 3 rounds of meat before the waiter stop showing up. And on top of that they added a "tip" of 18% Find somewhere else to get hotpot from, this place is a huge

Limited selection on the sides, the broth is very bland, not a lot of sauces either. Not worth the $30+ price tag.

My first time coming here, this little spot is pretty good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good and fresh but the only thing I didn’t feel comfortable eating was the seafood, when I walked by there was a strong smell of seafood..like old seafood but besides that everything was good.

Go, go now. It is the best thing in the world on a cold day...or really any day. Pick your broth, pick your protein then go nuts on creating your own style soup right at the table. Delicious!

I'm here a lot- not quite once a month but every other at least. Don't each out much when not traveling. It never disappoints. Inget the Chinese Hot Pot broth, fill a plate with aromatics like onion, mushrooms, and cilantro to get it going. Huge veggie selection, fish cake, tofu, shrimp, crawfish, crab, and other shellfish. Order the yhin cut meat, build a dipping sauce, and cook away in the broth. Great for a long meal with friends, chatting and cooking and eating. I didnt get a picture of the different sauces or ingredientes to choose from. If you've never tried hot hot this is a great introductory at a reasonable price. EnjoyWheelchair accessibility: Ask for the elevator. A little hidden bit gets you upstairs to the hot pot section.

Likely one of the worst dining experiences I've had in quite some time. I was here as part of a party of four. All of our broths were bland. They might as well have had poured water into the pot, at least then we'd have known what to expect. The sides selection was ok, nothing to write home about. The meat selection was ok, but most of the meats were chewy. There is a built in 15% tip. The waitress did nothing to deserve a tip..its self serve. Overall, we'll never be back. I would strongly discourage anyone from eating here. Way over priced for what they are offering.

We went to try hotpot at noon on a Monday. This restaurant divided into two areas, ground floor to serve traditional Korean dishes where the second is dedicated for hotpot. We took the stairs to reach the hotpot area. The second floor was not brightly lit but enough to see everything. All you can eat items were on the side along with sauces and ice cream. Lunch offers four different kinds of meat, two kinds of beef, pork and chicken . They were sliced very thin. All you can eat shrimp and crab were not as fresh as I hoped for. The vegetables were very fresh and the sauces were very tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: The hotpot area Is located on the second floor. I didn’t see inclines nor elevators to reach the second floor so wheelchair access maybe a problem.

TLDR: First wave of meat was great. Rest was extremely poor. Choices of sauces great. 15% automatic gratuity (for 2) and then asked for tip on the credit card receipt (check your receipts people!). Ended up more expensive than Manna Hot Pot across the street with poorer quality meat. Broth was great, spicier and more rich; however, I would head elsewhere if you're going for the proteins.I'm a regular at the Manna Hot Pot across the street. That was my first hot pot experience and currently holds the standard from these 2 locations. With that said, this restaurant is on the second floor. The atmosphere was great on a Saturday night, quiet, not too busy and clean. We got our broth pretty quick. The spicy broth here outperforms Manna. They also have potatoes/sweet potatoes if you're a fan and an excellent choice of house/chili sauces as well. Those were the pros. Now the cons...The first wave of meat dishes were excellent. Rib eye was great and pork belly was fantastic. The boneless short rib had cartilage in it, so we stopped ordering it after the first round. The second wave was extremely disappointing. The pork belly was 80% fat, and the rib eye was an off-brown color. I'm not exaggerating here, it was flat out brown with a tinge of redness and smaller than my fist. The first was of rib eye was large, vibrantly red, and healthy in appearance. They also added a 15% gratuity and then had the audacity to ask for tip on the credit card receipt that didn't list the 15% gratuity that was listed on the itemized.Thinking back, I'm guessing this is why the place wasn't absolutely packed on a Saturday night like Manna Hot Pot usually is. You know what they say; packed is a good sign of great business, both quality in food and service.

Just can’t recommend unless you’re allergic to flavor.I had the Shabu and let’s be honest here…the spicy house broth, the Miso and the chicken broth were all close to dishwater. Yeah with Shabu you need to build your broth from what you add to it but the base broths are just dishwater. Especially for the price they are asking. Also, the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty on a Saturday night, except from the assortment of Anime fan people the place was empty. That should have been my first indication that something wasn’t right. On the positive side the ingredients to add to your hotpot were many, mostly fresh and plentiful.Overall I found the food just as bland, tired and uninspiring as the decor. Both fit the other perfectly.
