This little hole in the wall was GREAT! The best handmade dumplings I've ever had! I watched them make the dumplings while I ate. So, I'm guessing my noodles were handmade as well. Yum! The owner was super nice. Kimchi was good. Since I don't speak Korean, I kept my receipt so I can order again!

I'm not sure if I was supposed to season my noodle soup myself, but I got their #10 and it was so bland. I just came back from Korea and have been craving some for some good knife cut noodles. This disappointed heavily. Their mandu are also not that great. Food is 1 star, but the owners(?) or staff was so nice so I'll give this place 2 stars. I hate to be a hater but this was so disappointed, I was embarrassed to be raving this noodle dish to my mom for it to be so so bland.

Their mandu (dumplings) is very good. I like their chicken noodle soup too as the noodle is handmade and fresh.

Seoulang tang (beef broth soup) and mandu (dumpling) are good here. So fresh.

Shinseon means fresh and pure in Korean. Food here is fresh without overpowering salt, sugar and msg and tastes pure Korean.

We got the dumplings, and they were so good we ordered seconds. They were very nice and showed us how to eat properly with the sauces. Will be coming again!

We visited around 3:30 p.m. We were the only guests. We ordered sulung tang and mandu kalguksu. The food came out very quickly after ordering. The food tasted like ordinary Korean food that was not special to my taste.

I tried both types of their dumplings (kimchi and meat filled) and both were probably some of the best dumplings I've ever had in my life. The texture on the outside was soft and the inside of each dumpling was seasoned so well. Seems to be a family run business and the grandma working at the counter was the absolute sweetest. Behind chick fil a on old Denton so it has a very unassuming exterior, but I will def be back to try the other dishes. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I got all of the food pictured for $10!!

Me that Oyster Noddles taste amazing, when you combine with cabbage kimchi,it'll boost the taste. The service here was great,I've no complaints and recommended y'all try this place.

Affordable and delicious Korean noodles - I was needing to get my fix of Kalguksu noodles in Dallas and came across this restaurant. I ordered the anchovy broth kalguksu with an order of mandu. The noodles were chewy and the broth was flavorful! The portions were large and they have a self serve banchan counter with different types of pickled vegetables and sauces. I left highly satisfied and will be coming back for more!!
