Disappointed I often visit this donut shop over the years. My purchase this morning tastes different as if the recipe has changed. The donuts did not taste fresh and had a heavy bready taste and texture. I have as shopping around comparing brands for an upcoming holiday brunch. These were awful for a donut choice on a Saturday morning.

Don't use their on line order system, I ordered online one day in advance, and they could choose a designated time for delivery. However, when the time came the next morning, I still didn't receive the meal. I called first to inquire, and provided my order number, but the store said that they don't have the order. I waited for an hour and still didn’t receive the meal. And, I drove directly to the store, the store said that the order was available, but they don’t know why no one came to pick up the meal? I said that was your system problem, and I wasted my time and fuel.

I haven’t had a problem with this store and I’ve ordered through Grubhub. I ordered an old fashion connection roll, a devil food donut and a half glaze. When it got delivered they substituted the old fashioned cinnamon roll with a different cinnamon roll with nuts. A man does answer the phone a little after they closed. About a 10 minute call with me trying to explain and figure out what nuts they are. We could barely understand each other but he was gaslighting me and telling me they came on the old fashioned and that they are walnuts. I am allergic. If it wasn’t for the gaslighting I would have loved to come the next day when I wasn’t sick. At my old jobs we would call if something the customer ordered wasn’t actually in stock to see if they wanted an appropriate substitution.

The quality of the kolaches and donuts isn't the same as when the Hispanic people ware make them and the price seems too high for the quality of the food .

Donuts some of the freshest and lightest I've ever had. We ordered original glazed, donut holes, cinnamon twist and chocolate twist. All were delicious. I was in the area for a few days for an event and I made my way here all 3 days in a row. Will definitely be back when I'm in Carrollton. Employees friendly and efficient.

rude as hell I asked the lady if the pigs in a blanket and I asked if they were small or large she said small so I asked for 3 when went to get them I saw they were large I said oh no just give me one and the she precedes to raise her voice demanding I take two because she had already put two in the bag so I took the two paid for my stuff and left I won't be back to this location you can't force me to spend my money because I asked you a question and u gave me a false answer

Read decent reviews about this place and thought, “why not give it a try?”Well, first impressions are often lasting and I will not spend anymore money here. I got 4 assorted - all different flavors. They were HIGHLY overrated. 2 weren’t fully baked through - yes, wet/doughy inside. The other 2 were dry and underwhelming. Sometimes, it’s best to stick with what works for you, so I’m going back to the mom and pop donut spot in my area. Save your money on this LOCATION. I can’t speak for all locations.

The donuts are delicious, but they aren’t worth the high prices. Everything is charged a-la-carts and you’ll find yourself spending a lot of money if you’re buying for multiple people or a group.

Good kolaches they are soft and buttery. The donuts are okay nothing amazing but they have a good selection and are always stocked up. Especially on the weekends where most donut shops normally have a limited selection.

Nasty donuts, their pig in the blanket is a straight rip off, why? because I ordered a big one and tell me why when I took a bite. The sausage was super small, it was more bread then anything, it was the sausage that goes in the small ones. I assumed this was a mistake, so I tried it again another day, but this time before buying I asked the employee, does this come with a big sausage. Lol that sounded funny, but anyways he stated no they only gave one size. ? I was so upset I was like what you mean the big ones are supposed to come with big sausages. I'm guessing it's just this simply donuts that does this because the one I went to in Houston we did not have these issues.... Hope this helps. Even though the whole time it seem like I was referring to something else.

It was 12 noon and the store did not have any donut holes and the worker told me “we are closing at 2” and insinuated that he’s not going to make any for my kids as if he was just about to close.

Clean location, family friendly, consistent and tasty food. They even gave my daughter an extra doughnut while we waited for part of our order to be cooked.
