This location has done nothing but gone downhill over the last year. I used to come here multiple times a week, and there would always be a long wait, or the quality of smoothie just wasn't up to standard. I stopped going for a couple of months and decided I would go today and it was a reminder of why I do not go. I ordered a 32 ounce yogurt delight with peanut butter, and it is extremely WATERY and has NO flavor. I can understand melting but it taste like water with a little bit of protein powder. Super disappointing. It's to the point where I feel this location no longer cares about quality over quantity.

I live 5 minutes away and it’s unfortunate that this is the smoothie king closest to me. For some reason every time I get off work and stop by 30 minutes before closing they seem to always conveniently run out of so many ingredients on the menu to where you have no choice but to just get a cup of water. Mind you I pass by about 3-4 times throughout the day and there’s never any customers in the drive thru. My honest opinion is they just have lazy employees working the last shift. They also take 15 minutes before even taking your order even though it’s empty lol I’ve decided to just drive a few extra miles to the next smoothie king because they hire anybody at this location. My dog Peanut would be in the back hooking up smoothies tomorrow if he applied tonight.

DO NOT COME HERE If I could give it, no stars, I would horrible customer service slow when you receive your order ITS NO FLAVOR. It's always something going on this is location needs to get shut down. They never know what they're doing. oh and let me not forget they don't take cash. You're better off making a smoothie at home.

Don't accept cash which I thought couldn't happen by federal law standards then couldn't get the drink I wanted because like McDonald's always says no ice cream for rest of day for first time trying this place I don't think I'll try it

Terrible I call 2 mins away and they tell me on 1-15-24 at 1:21pm that they are closing bc the boss said they can go home. I asked so I can’t place an order to grab in 2 mins. No sir we are about to close. Not closed but about to so that means you are still open. But want to be lazy and refuse service. Horrible

Service time extremely slow even when you order ahead for two people to be on staff at the time. I spend over 20 minutes waiting on ONE smoothie. There wasn’t a line.
