Drive thru appeared to be very busy due to my arrival around rush hour (5pm). But they were extremely efficient and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Great job, Starbucks Staff.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a white choc mocha. The customer service was great. I drove away and allowed my drink time to cool down. A few mins later, I picked up the drink and noticed that the cup had makeup and lipstick stains on the outside. I opened the top and the whip cream melted and it was a HAIR inside the cup. I drove back and explained what happened. The manager on duty was apologetic and had a new drink made. I just wish they would be a little more clean and careful. I won’t be able to come back to this location, in fear something like this might happen again.

This is Grande coffee- half filled. I started noticing this from last week. Every time I buy coffee there it’s half filled. Not fare!!! I would not go there

The customer service in drive thru is horrible. They do not repeat orders to ensure accuracy and they mess stuff up .

Have been coming to this Starbucks for several years. I tend to order ahead of time to avoid the rush in the mornings, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. The inside is clean, the employees are friendly, things are stocked more often than not. Downside is the lunch/protein boxes have gone way down in quality. I know it’s not the fault of this specific location, but it’s still their responsibility to look at product before selling them. I don’t want to run out of there in the mornings and find when I get to work that all the carrots are mushy, the apples are browning with only a couple slices to begin with, and that the half pb&j sandwich is about the length of 1 knuckle. These are expensive items that I only end up consuming about half of. Also occasionally they focus more on the drive thru than the walk-in customers, which can cause a bit of a stir and longer than necessary wait times. Overall it’s Starbucks. You know what you’re coming here for.

The worst. This location is extremely slow for morning rush. Inside we waited 10 minutes to be helped while the cashier made black coffee. And after ordering we waited another 15 minutes for our coffee to be ready. I have never been in such a slow Starbucks ever. They either need to learn how to work the morning rush or place them on a different shift times. The fact that this is right next to my house makes it even worse. I definitely don’t recommend or will be back. The workers have no sense of urgency whatsoever

One of the most unfriendly Starbucks in the area. Typically when you walk in someone greets you. Also, the food was not fresh and looked old. I didn't even finished my sandwich and my father was disappointed as well..not to mention it was his first time eating at the bucks. In his own words "it will be my last"

I will NEVER patron this location again. I went up for a refill & got cut off before I could even finish my request. I’m well aware of what I can and cannot get. After that, I add to the order and she was rushing me. I asked why was I being rushed and she said she has other things to do. Let me take my little coins back over to Parker Rd.

Disappointed that they couldn't get a simple order correct. I can't believe they ask for a tip in drive thru.

When I do finally go back to Starbucks I did a mobile order as I always do. Bacon egg and cheese croissant with no egg. Today I went and picked up my order my name is written on the bag vs the normal sticker didn’t think nothing of it. Got to work to eat and it’s a freaking egg on my sandwich! Stop trying to rush and just make the orders right.

I don't usually go to any Starbucks anymore because I prefer to support local places. However, I stopped in several times the last few months. I had a good experience each time - all the baristas were so friendly, my order was correct every time, and it had an airy layout and lots of windows.
