My daughter and I stopped by and were the only customers in the store. Two employers were working on an order, and we waited patiently. We stood there for at least 3 - 4 minutes with no interaction. They never acknowledged us. They didn't even bother to say anything as we walked out. Took my business elsewhere where they have the courtesy to at least say we will be with you in a moment.

Went in to get sandwich, and was never told they couldn't toast it, and turned around to fill cup. Wasn't given a receipt, and called back TEN times to not get an answer. This is the 3rd time I have an issue with this store. It was a waste of time and money. The flatbread is powdery when not toasted, amd the egg was COLD. It's gross, and all that money went STRAIGHT into the trash.

Google Maps says they close at 10pm. The door sign may say 9:00. Regardless... Showed up at 8:45 to order two small sandwiches and they said "We're closed." Not even "Sorry, we're closed." Guess they wanted to get home early. Guess I'll never go back either.

TERRIBLE SERVICE , i went in a few days ago ordered two steak sandwiches amongst other things and the guy making them added little to none steak on them i didnt eat any of the products tried returning it all and requested a refund at first the guy at the register hesitated and was being rude but after a discussion he finally agreed and just proceeded to tell me i will be getting my refund the day after , at this point its been five days no refund , no product , no proof of refund and mariana the person that is supposed to make things right doesn't read her emails or answer the phone number provided for fair service
