Door Dash didn’t deliver my order and the manager did everything he could to make it right. I’m very appreciative. He really went out of his way to call me back and remake the sandwiches for me later in the week when I wanted them. Stellar service.

It’s been several years since I’ve been to a Subway. I entered to a deserted lobby with Amin standing at the counter. He was courteous and quick. It was delightfully quiet as I enjoyed my sandwich in peace while I read my book.Sandwich was good and bread wasn’t stale. All in all it was a nice visit.

I have never had worse service in any subway until today. When did 6-inch subway subs become 3 inch subs, I even told the Indian lady, but she ignored me and acted like she didn't hear me and continued to start my sandwich.I'm never coming to this subway again. ?

I guess greeting customers here is a hard NO! Cashier seemed bothered that I came in..steak was a little dry,bread was over baked! Luckily there is a Subway on every corner & I won't have to return 2 this one!

1st time experience : 1st lady took the order. There was no greetings only sad face.2nd time experience : 2nd lady took the order. There was no greetings another sad face.Same occasion, there was a third lady. All of them looked sad and neither of them smiled nor greeted. I felt like I was taking order in a very sad location. It was kind of awkward experience for me taking the order because I never had such experience at any fastfood place.I don't have any complains regarding the food but I felt customer service & professionalism was lacking. This is what I have normally received at other subway locations so I expected similar here. The ladies working perhaps needed training on customer service. This will help their business.I will review the star & bump it up if i see happy faces & receive some greetings when i visit this location again.

When I walked in, the lady at the counter had an attitude and did not greet me. When she checked me out she literally left my sandwhich and my receipt on the counter and just walked away. The white people who came in after me were greeted and treated in a more professional manner.Very disappointing, will not spend my money here.

I'm leaving 3 stars because this Subway, like others, has a note taped to their door that they don't take coupons. This is very frustrating to me that the corporate office mails out coupons, but then the locations can decide they aren't going to take them. The people here were nice and they made our order fine. But if you're looking for a place to honor your coupons, this is not the place to go.

I paid $15 for a "Monster" sandwich and it barely looked like it was worth 5. I also ordered beforehand through the app and it wasn't ready 15 minutes later. I asked why and was told that they opened late at 10:00. But I was told that at 10:55 so I'm not sure why that even mattered.If you're going to call something a monster and charge me that much, at least fill the sandwich up so that it looks like the picture and not some leftovers from my child's lunch from yesterday that had squirrels nibbling on it.Very little food for value :(
