My wife and I used to love this place, but after a series of snafus related to our online order (they gave it to someone else), paired with the severe lack of customer service (simple inquiry, hey can you see where our online order is), to the faulty processes they have in place for the likes of GrubHub, UberEats, etc..No offer to remake it, validate online orders (just grab & go), plus waiting to get an answer after 1.2 hours, showed us that this place has become an unreliable establishment for us to attend and continue to order food from.
Excellent food, better than I expected. I met the owner and he's a really nice guy. I will gladly return to this place in the future. This is Japanese style sushi everything was top notch. I really was impressed.
