I would like to say every time I can to this Taco Bell, the food and service amazing. I just recently went there yesterday, I barely walked out the door, opened my food and attacked it. Drive-thru but still coldDrove 4 min home and immediately opened the meal (chicken cantina bowl) and it was ice cold. The beans, I think, are the reason since they're the coldest ingredient. I have very low standards for Taco Bell, and it's still making me wanna call it quits on this location..

The three women who are serving do not say hello, they do not know what customer service is, they make a bad face. The truth is, I will not return to this store nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I place an order at the drive thru.I see the price of my order displayed on the video board and confirmed by the order taker.I pull up to Window #2 and I'm told that my order costs $4 more.I'm told that the order taken entered the wrong order.When asked, the girls at the window has NO interest in resolving my issue or making the situation any better.The district manager had the same 'take it or leave it' attitude.Crummy service followed up with NO interest in customer satisfaction.Why would I want to return to Taco Bell, if they want to mistreat customers?

It was an uneventful visit. I was served with a smile and my food came out quickly. The restroom was on good condition without foul smells. Overall, good and uneventful.I did suggest a correction on the hours as the doors posted 9am to 10pm.
