our go to place for authentic chinese food. I have been there multiple times and never have been disappointed. Ambiance and service is not that great though but for great food i would highly recommend.

I heard that the boss has changed. I have been standing there for a long time and no one cares about me. What a lousy service. There is no place to eat.

The spicy chicken was really dry, the pork was very small, and the crispy pork was not fried well. I thought that calling this kind of fried food in the United States would not be a surprise. I ordered three items at ubereat, and only the boiled beef was delicious. Hope it can be improved!

Not sure how I ended up here except we were wanting peking duck. The duck itself was ok. The pancakes were sticky and falling apart and the hoisin sauce ratio scant. We also ordered egg rolls and their signature fried rice. The egg rolls were dense and gooey and the fried rice was um interesting. We found out when checking out that they charge extra for more pancakes. Not impressed.

The boss has changed and the team has also changed. The dishes are very authentic and definitely match the taste of hometown.

I used to work for this boss many years ago in Philadelphia Chinatown. I wouldn't recommend eating at his newly established restaurant, because he would serve the Szechuan foods to the customers, which are usually covered with a lot of deep fry oil (that's how Szechuan foods are cooked), and take the finished plates and pour out the used oils and re-use them to deep fry the next customers' food orders. So, basically everybody is eating foods covered with the same re-used oils that the previous customers were eating

Yelled at my wife because she didn't like the fish dish. Plain water with no flavor and mushy fish that must have been purchased past expiration. Many other options that are better in this area.

Good place to have taste of sichuan without drivng all the way to north dallas. The taste is pretty close. The twice cooked pork had a nice smoky flavor. The mapo tofu had the right sauce consistency and the tofu did not lose the shape. Chonqking chicken was extermely fresh and crunchy coming from the hot oil and it was delightful to eat. Would go really well with a beer. The beef with pickeld vegetables was a surprise, given the amount of tender beef slices that came with it. Still kinda mad I had to pay for the bowl of rice.

Good food. Portion is small for its price. Do not get the xiao long bao (thick dough that breaks easily). Very small duck portions that is not crispy. Good fish and calamari.

one of my favorite sichuan places i've been to. a 3.5 star rating on a chinese restaurant means you know it's gonna be amazing. i loved everything we ordered:mala fish with tofu, chongqing chicken cubes (boneless comes crispy, bone in comes sauteed), mapo tofu, water spinach, and mala jelly appetizer).server was so kind to consider us and put in our order before a neighboring large party :Pfood came out quickly and fresh and hot and good portions with great prices. Took home a bunch and now i'm enjoying the rest at home.my favorite part about this place is that the fish filets are actually seasoned and flavored and not just tossed in frozen to be stewed. will definitely bring my family back to eat here. good for large parties, single diners and everything in between.

Place to go for Sichuan food. Love the water boiled beef and slice beef and tendon. Food is the right level of spicy and numbing. And the price is right.

I was recommended this place and they did not disappoint. For the price of each entree, portions are huge and worth it. I found myself enjoying their noodles in soup and some of their rice dishes. 10/10 would come back whenever I'm by Carrollton.

The pork tastes not like real meat. Its texture is more like some artificial material. The service is okay at most. No water refill. No greetings when we left.
