Amazing. I am definitely coming back. I truly feel like the food was good. The staff was friendly. And the atmosphere was nice. Drinks were so good. A nice authentic Jamaican restaurant.

The bad service and long wait is most definitely NOT worth it. Went in at a decent time, they weren’t busy. After not being greeted, given a menu, or water I still decided to try them. Ended up trying the oxtails because of the reviews and was highly disappointed. No flavor at all. Waited over an hour for under seasoned oxtails and gritty rice.

They have a very good menu, and the food is amazing. Make sure you book a reservation in advance if you have a large party.

Eating here is a MUST each time we’re in town!!! We moved to Colorado and dearly miss having this place down the street, lol. Super cute, chill ambiance. Meat falls off the bone. Superb flavors. Our go-to’s are Jerk Chicken and Brown Stew. & a Painkiller to drink, of course ? Love this spot!! ☀️?️?️

have been ordering takeout from this place for years out of convenience because it’s close by but the food quality is inconsistent, they frequently mess the order up, and have never been friendly. I guess if you catch them on a good day it’s ok but there’s better jamaican food in DFW. today I get home to find that the beef patty I ordered was just a piece of stale bread. when I called for a $4 refund the guy said he needed proof (something I’ve never had a restaurant ask for). I offered to send a pic but he said he has no way to receive it and I’d have to drive back up there with it and show them. not worth my time but here’s your proof.

Jerk chicken is phenomenal even without the sauce! Cabbage is an immediate go to as a side. I recommend it as a double side actually. Bartender is cool

Enjoyed everything from appetizers and the main entrée. The jerk wings very flavorful and spicy. Fried dumpling highly recommended beef patty was pretty good also . For the entrée I had the stew chicken and fish both flavor filled along with the cabbage and rice and peas which where excellent. The rum bread pudding was good not to strong but you could taste the depth of flavor I will return again when I'm in the mood for Jamaican food.

Omg I am so happy I finally found authentic Jamaican food. It brought me back to my childhood. The oxtail fell of the bone, the rice and peas was made to perfection. The beef pattie was delicious. I can go on and on. You have to try it. My favorite Jamaican spot in Dallas.

Loved it?this was our 1st time ever trying it & will be eating more. I had fried dumplings, jerk chicken, chicken stew, spinach, & rice/beans. My husband had fried chicken, cabbage, & salad. I also had a sample of the goat stew & it was AMAZING! Omg everything was DELICIOUS, especially the spinach lol the flavor was mouth watering?so I only took a pic of my fried dumplings cause I had already ate everything up before I thought abt a pic lol

We ordered the oxtails, plantain, peas, rice and cabbage. The plantains, rice and gravy were excellent but the oxtails were kind of chewy. The fried coconut shrimp, meat pie and chicken was delicious. The bread pudding was good as well. Our waitress was very friendly so we’ll definitely go back.

The food is terrible, I used to come to this restaurant 4 years ago and the food was 10/10 but now the food is served cold, the oxtail is hard and they make it too sweet, the peas and rice is overcooked and it taste horrible.

4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really enjoyed this Jamaican spot. The casual and laid back atmosphere was great as well as the service. The drinks were good, so was the food.I had cocoa bread, stew chicken, cabbage, rice and peas. I enjoyed the food minus the cocoa bread (I wish it was sweeter). My meal was around $30. I’ll definitely be back and next time with my family.Check it out!

Wow, this place is awesome! The Jerk Chicken there is the BEST in DFW areas. Not forgetting the famous Mama Joyce's Oxtail, simply the most delish.
