FOOD handmade Noodles Soup with Kimchi - I came here post sickness so was craving some soup. The kimchi stew isn't super spicy which was good. The noodles were very soft and chewy which made it taste super good. I will say that they do give pretty large portion sizes so it would be good to split with someone if you do not eat that much. Overall the flavor was pretty alright. I will say I got flavor fatigued over time and it started to taste bland but that's just because I was probably eating a lot of it (lol!). They also give kimchi and pickled radish on the side. The kimchi was really good. It wasn't super fermented or sour which is how I like it and there were lots of leaf from the vegetable (which is my favorite part). The pickled radish was also pretty yummy as well. VIBES I came with my friend during the weekday at around noon for lunch. There were lots of people coming in from working places nearby. There is wooden tables with metal chairs and the place does hold quite a few people. It gives very traditional home vibes in that the atmosphere is very cozy and everything is simplistic. Great for a casual lunch or family dinner! SERVICE Service was pretty average. Food came out quickly and not too much interaction with staff other than ordering food. Food comes in sizable portions for a good price! Everyone was nice though!

Found this gem in Carrollton for authentic Korean noodle soup! The menu is straight forward, they offer a few selection but everything was so good. We ordered the dough soup, hand pulled noodle soup, miso sauce noodles and dumplings. The dough soup really stood out! It was chewy and the broth was so flavorful. The miso sauce was fantastic, slightly spicy but delicious. I loved the dumplings too, super stuffed with fillings. Beware the portions are really big, especially with all the soup. We absolutely will be back to get our fix soon!

This is my favorite restaurant in Dallas. I discovered it in 2022 and I've been consistently going every week. The food is very worth for the price. I recommend getting the mul mandu dumplings and the dough pieces noodle soup. The food comes out very fast and is super filling.

Small restaurant serves authentic handmade Korean noodles. Portion is pretty big, and tastes pretty good too. Their kimchi is also delicious! Reminded me of my trip to Seoul!

I didn't realize it was a "self serve". Once food is ready, you bring it to your table & grab your own utensils, etc. once you're done, you must return everything to the front. My friend wanted to come here while us gals spend the weekend back in TX. The amount of food you get for the cost is worth it. There's a lot of food! Unfortunately, I've realized as I get older, my tolerance for spice has diminished. I was unable to finish the Kim chi noodle based soup. They also make their own Kim chi! I'm going back to get a jar before I head back home!

For those of you who visited a long time ago when it was under previous management; as of Feb 2024, this place is good now. Good portion. Fair price, quality food.

Amazing food that you shouldn't miss. The portions are huge and food is delicious and service is friendly. We came here with a couple of friends and they were also blown away. The kimchi tastes great, so great that I bought some to go and they sell different types of kimchi. The decor outside doesn't compare to the ambiance inside. The place feels very cozy, and makes you feel like you are transported to a small restaurant in Korea. It is now, one of my go to places. We will definitely be back!

I bring everyone to this place. I get a full and hearty meal every visit. Great for cold (and hot) weather, great for hangovers, great in general. I also come here to buy kimchi to bring home. They have the best kimchi. Well seasoned, not too acidic/sour, spicy. The service is simple. Everything is self service. The place is always bustling around lunch time, especially on weekends. This is one of my favorite places.

Food was ok but nothing special. Also the host who might be the owner is very rude. She yelled at customers and workers too.She told curse word her self in Korean. I think she need to learn how to respect customer.

We went there as a group and instead of seating us first the group that came after us got seated first. I don't know if she was the owner or just a worker, but she kept on screaming at the workers and screaming at the customers. The place wasn't even that clean either and she didn't even clean our table before seating us. The bathrooms were a nightmare too the doors were almost falling off the walls and it wasn't clean at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

What a cute little store that offers hearty soup that's perfect for cold winter nights. We came here on a Sunday night at 5pm and only two other tables were occupied. Everything here is self service including putting aways your dishes after your meal. I have seen the staff running after a group of customers who left their table without putting their plates away. And pointing out on the big sign to all customers that they have to put all their dishes away. Their menu is quite simple. They have a great selection of different Korean noodles soups. Their specialities are also Mandu (the Korean version of gyoza). They offer two flavors which is beef or kimchi. I ordered them both just to try and we really liked them a lot. The filling was seasoned well and they are great appetizers. I ordered their chicken kalkgooksoo and it was so good. The broth was flavorful, deep and refreshing and the noodles were chewy and cooked perfectly. Even though the inside seems small when you enter. It can easily accommodate larger groups by just putting some tables together. After our dinner when we left it got quite busy. Just fyi they close at 8pm. So come early if you want to eat some yummy noodle soups! 5 stars all the way!

As someone who eats Korean food pretty often, the food here was absolutely delicious. The homemade kimchi was very tasty, and the kimchi dumplings were probably my favorite I've ever had. The broth for the sesame noodles was also really good, I nearly ordered another just to go. Care that the kimchi can be a bit spicy.

When I want a bowl of hot noodle soup in Dallas, this is the first place I think of!Their noodles are handmade, so they taste really good. Dumplings and steamed buns are also good. They also have free side dishes of spicy kimchi and yellow radish. Plus there’s free rice!
