I love Wendy’s salads! They are always super fresh!!! Wendys definitely has some of the best salad choices out of all the fast food places. The Apple pecan is so delicious. ?

I placed an order for pickup on uber eats. I went in and told them my name AND order and they responded with "click on the app that you picked it up." And I clicked on it right in front of them. They still refused to give me the food and I left with nothing. There's a ton of better food all around the area, I'm never coming back. I hope they go out of business.

Had issues from a previous order with the app. The app charged me wrong, and this location offered to replace my entire order. Any time I have gone here, they have always been pleasant. They went above and beyond to replace the entire order when the problems I encountered were not with the store.

NOT A CORPORATE STORE, I always have issues with Wendy's App here and they can't do anything. Scanner fir points doesn't work right etc. Wendy's App in General is no good and needs an update, reported these issues to Wendy's NOTHING has been done about it to date. The App SUCKS!!

I had a hankering for a spicy chicken sandwich and stopped into Wendy's to get one. Finished it off with a chocolate frosty. I wanted Vanilla, but they had Pumpkin Spice instead. Ugh...Anyway... hardly ever disappointed at Wendy's. (Sadly... gone are the days of the $5 fast food meal)

I went there when they had the promotion for the one penny the junior cheeseburger no one know how to give me the promotion and no one offered to help and when I asked and demanded for corporate number, they said they don’t know I wanted a junior cheeseburger and a drink. I had a really disappointing and frustrating visit.

I came for National Burger Day's one-penny deal but had to use the app for it. Even after selecting the deal, I was charged the full amount. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and suggested calling corporate for a solution, which I did, but they haven't responded. Some customers argued, causing delays. At one point it did get scary because a guy was screaming and would not leave until they provided him with the corporate number which they refused saying they cannot give out that information. I simply put on my headphones and sat far away from the counter. My bag was initially missing the burger so a staff member came huffing and puffing to hand it to me. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good, so I only ate the fries and a bit of the chicken sandwich but didn't even try the cheeseburger. Instead I ate at one of the nearby restaurants instead. I won't return to this location; other places have better service. It's surprising they don't train their staff on deals and app usage. I usually visit this area for my dentist and Korean food, so I have better dining options nearby so I'm not missing anything. Note: if you don't like your food and you order it through the app, they won't provide refunds so I ended up having to trash the burgers when l left.
