Ordered about 15 min before close and when I showed up right as they closed they said since i showed up after close they couldn’t give me the food that already had been payed for and made.

Vanilla shakes good. $5 for large.Chocolate shakes good too.I get both and eat simultaneously & share vinalla with dog.Dbl chs brgr cheap & decent.Chilli recipe change made big improvement. Not using leftover meat pattys. Expensive too.I could tell the difference.Keep hands out of the 55 gal. mayonnaise drum. It's nasty anyway as it is. No mayo request = +++ mayo.Chk order at winder. 50/50 it's all over the inside. Must replace entire burger & not simply wipe & spatula scrape it off buns, vegies, cheese, and meat.

8:00pm Saturday Jan 13 ,2024 spent $20 some nights you just don’t want to cook . Never been to this location the 7 months I’ve lived in Carrollton. Night crew is so rude ordering I ordered my food she never repeated back my order just the total . Then I get to the window pay no receipt. The food is not for me so I will post if its right and if its good . The food was correct I got its a burger . I see that they read the monitor of the order but do what they want . I asked for no ice in my drink the other girl told her hey they don’t want ice and the girl serving the drink said oh I didn’t see and laughed she stops pour drink in talking to the other she could’ve dumped out instead proceeded to fill up the cup she had an I don’t care additude. I’m never coming to this location again I’d rather waste my gas for better service. The location in Lewisville the opposite direction from this Wendy’s is WAY BETTER .

Went here with a friend a while back. My friend had two steel reserves and was wasted. He peed in the parking lot as cars drove into the place, which made me a bit nervous. We ate inside. Once we were done, my friend scavenged for a table’s leftover fries. I gave him a ride home afterward. His drinking was concerning to me and I hope he lightens up.

This place is awful I went for chili and they gave me uncooked beans with ground beef from a burger in a cup with leftover chili sauce, this place had no integrity or respect for consumers, it doesn’t matter if people spend 2 dollars or 200 dollars they deserve great service, poor service service and had the nerve to get mad because I ask for a refund. Just awful
