Today, I was in the Carrollton area and decided to try to this Yogurtland location. I have tried different Yogurtland locations before. There was a new flavor I saw that I wanted to try. I was told by the cashier they were out of sample cups. I understood. I then asked for a spoon. The young cashier told me it wasn't allowed.How would I be able to try a new flavor they are offering if they didn't have sample cups and aren't allowed to give out spoons? If they don't have sample cups, they should offer a way to try what they are offering.I made a much smaller purchase than I usually make and left right after.This business will expect for you to pay $4-$7 for a yogurt cup but can't offer you a sample cup or a way to try a new flavor. If you are a huge Yogurtland fan like me, please continue to support the business, just not this location.

Yogurtland, where I played frozen yogurt Russian Roulette and ended up with a cup of delicious uncertainty! This location skipped the sampling cups, turning my tasting adventure into a leap of faith. Bought a cup of mystery swirls, and surprisingly, it was like hitting the jackpot—flavors so good, I almost forgot I was a blindfolded yogurt gambler. Who needs samples when you can dive headfirst into the fro-yo abyss? Just call me the risk-taking flavor pioneer!

High price for mediocre product! I chose chocolate, and 2 mango flavors: Choc was tasteless, and just for the novelty, and a minimum of taste and texture, I give a 1/2 star for the orange-colored mango flavor; the other mango was 'blah'. Towards my negative rating, super-negative '1' for this establishment for NOT POSTING THEIR PRICE(S) - what is this; 'best selling practices 101' (sarc)? --- Ordinary Greek yogurt from the supermarket is better tasting, and of better quality, even nonfat (and not mentioning price) !

Sorry don't recommend this place. You get Yogurtland everywhere so they taste and look the same. No surprises there. But the discount of my ratings comes from the poor customer service. The kid behind counter jokes around with another worker and never looked like he was here to serve. Then when we asked if we could have sample size cups he laughed and said "we don't do it here". Well my kid just wanted to try before we buy, that's all..... plus they had 2-3 dispensers are out without any flavors. Anyway, not impressed and I hope the owner sees this and improves the service level.

Yummy but no free sample so you have to pay by weight to try flavors and there is a $3 minimum.
Couldn't sample new flavors before purchasing a cup. I got Thai tea and milk tea boba few weeks ago without being able to taste the flavor first. I didn't like what I got unfortunately. Wanted to try the Pineapple mango before buying but still couldn't sample it first. It's like playing russian roulette you never know what you're going to get! Good luck!

I haven't been here in forever since I'm supposed to cut back on sugar. But I was next door and needed a sweet treat. I was sad I didn't have any mango to go with my mango tart and reg tart yogurt. But the pineapple and the strawberries were so yummy. It's been a while but it's just as good as always.

The yogurt was amazing, but the lady was confusing and asked "how many cups do you want?" I thought they were sampling cups, but it turned out just to be the bowls.
