We went through the drive thru to get some Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. They were really good. They always look like they are overcooked, but they aren't. They are just perfect. We had to wait a bit at the window before someone came to the window to take our order. I had already started calling them because it looked like they were closed. Service after that was very good.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I placed an online order at 5:30pm and scheduled pick up for 6:00pm. Pulled up to see several people waiting in the lobby, some leaving empty handed, and waited in the drive thru for OVER 30 minutes!!!!! Had I not already paid online, and had my sleeping toddler in the car, I would’ve went in and requested a refund. I will NOT be back. Off to Pizza Hut I go from now on. Not even an apology!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

I don't know what's going on with this Little Caesars Pizza. I am disappointed every time I go. You would think that a hot and ready pizza meant that it was ready... But you have to wait at least 30 minutes. The people up front are great and very apologetic. I don't know if it's an appliance they are using or the manager, but something's got to give, it they will soon find themselves out of business.

So I'm walking up to the door and the lady walks to the lock and locks it at 8:51 p.m. with me in clear site. I walk off my truck, frustrated of course. A guy from the store comes out to my truck. He's got an apron on and the Little Caesars attire and starts telling me I need to check my phone Because of the time and that I need to walk away politely. I corrected him on the time and he tells me to get out of the truck trying to physically intimidate me. I won't ever darken the doorway of another Little Caesars as long as I live. How literally unthinkable that turned out to be. By the way, they close at 11:00 p.m. and it's Friday night

My order was over 20 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be ready. Then they said they had to remake it. Got it home and it was the complete wrong order. Had toppings I didn't order. Cheesy bread and pizza was cold. Pizza wasn't cooked well done like I requested. VERY UNSATISFIED. would have left zero stars if it was possible.
