I have always had a great experience at this location until now. I went in to pick up my food and upon paying, a receipt was shoved across the counter and I was told "Here, finish filling this out" but there was nothing to write with given to me and there was not so much as a "Thank You" at the end of the transaction. When we got home with the pizza, the cheese was basically non-existent on the pizza, I had to add my own cheese and put the pizza in the oven to melt it. I don't expect a ton of cheese but I do expect the normal amount , which was not there this time.

I called and spoke with the manager Kenyatta. Informed her Alfredo sauce was spilled all over one of our pizzas, the cheese sticks were burnt and we received no marinara sauce. She was rude from the start of the conversations. Told me the box no longer comes with marinara but she would remake the pizza I had to come pick it up. I ordered this for delivery. She said what you want me to bring it to you myself. Yes, yes I do. Being as I was a GM for Dominos for 5+ years this is not how you conduct business with your customers. She then hung up in my face. Then to call me back say she didn’t know what happened but she called door dash and they will redeliver the pizza. I said don’t worry about it and I know what happened you hung up in my face. She then hung up in my face again. I’m very unsatisfied and at this point I would like a full refund. I also have pictures of the pizza and cheese sticks as well as my order stating it come with marinara.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. If you order regular marinara, there will be more marinara than cheese. If you order light marinara, there won't be any at all. Delivery takes a minimum of 2 hours and I live on the same street as the restaurant. This is If you can even place an order, half the time when you call and they're a little busy, they'll just hang up on you mid sentence so they don't have to take another order. Call back and they'll do it again. There's a few good employees that do a good job if you order mid afternoon instead of in the evening but if it's after 5pm, order Milanos. Or even Little Caesars.

First and last time. Picked up 3 pizzas and a melt. One of the pizzas had practically no toppings and tons of crust, I am talking 4 inches of crust- toppings in a small center circle. We were told nothing is wrong with it, all the pan crusts look that way. They made a call and someone, I guess, and were instructed to remake it. Turns out someone new made the crusts and they didn't want to fix the mistake . Anyway, we requested that our other pizzas be kept warm while we had to wait and were given a big attitude. Poor customer service and lazy.

I placed an online order at 8:30.Got the confirmation email at 8:36Got a call from them at 8:41 saying they would close at 9. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:15pm. She asked me if incould pick up my order at 9, instead of 9:15 I told the girl who i was speaking to that it was fine, i was leaving longview but i should be there at 9 if not i would have someone there before 9. She said ok and hung up.Then, within 5 minutes, i got a call from a guy saying he was not making my order because he was closing the store right now 8:45pm. I told him the girl said she would make my order & i would have someone there. He said he didn't cared and he was shutting everything off. He was extremely rude the whole time. Yelling and just being disrespectful, so i asked him for his name, to which he said he was the assistant manager and his name was Jeremy & that he didn't care. (Mind you, HE is NOT the assistant manager, and he was NOT supposed to close the store at 9 but 11pm ) . I could call the manager if i want it. I told him i would do it and i asked him for the managers name to which he said he would call her himself to wait on the line, i said ok, he said something under his breath & he hung up. I called back multiple times, and they ignored my calls.
Employees came in from a delivery, one employee “I’m bout to get up out this b*^ch”. Waiting area full of customers. I think I’ll pay for fajitas from rancho or jalapeño tree before I order pizzas from here again. I have 18 people to feed and will not be returning.

Didn't have delivery drivers, when I said I would come pick it up they wouldn't give me the same deal even though it does not say "online only". Horrible customer service.

This is the second time we've ordered wings and there was no sauce on them. The manager claims the sauce melts off of them so how come there is no sauce in the bottom of the bowl. I guess we will have to order it on the side except they always forget to put it on the side. So fed up with this.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza. When my wife arrived home with it, it was more like a meat haters pizza. Barely had any topping. It basically was a cheese pizza. I complained to Pizza Hut. Nothing done about it. Have decided to quit giving this pizza hut "another chance" after nearly 24 years of ups and downs of food quality and service.
