We're passing thru Carthage traveling from west Texas to central Florida. We stopped in for dinner at the recommendation of the front desk at our hotel. What a pleasant surprise! The exterior is charming and the interior matches. We were seated quickly and our waitress, Amanda, was at our table in a flash. She made great recommendations. We started with chips and salsa. The service and food are always great. In every single location I've been in, the bathrooms are all the same. They're pretty gross. The floors and walls are nasty. I always really hate if I absolutely have to use the restroom there.

My husband and I enjoy stopping in to have appetizers and drinks on a regular basis. Food is always good and Mimi is the best server ever! If you get a chance to stop in; ask for her she's a lot of fun and always on top of her game.
