honestly one of the most cleanest restaurants I've seen in the post rona as alota food places have dropped standards in quality of both sanitation and service. Non stop clean and beautiful to look at, just look at that ceiling alone. I even tried to find something out of place so I went to the restrooms ? & even that was clean. The food was amazing and I hadn't been to a golden chick in years to be honest but thats gona change because the food was delicious on top of delicious. 5 stars to the crew there that looked like they love and are proud of what they do.Parking: clear parkway with no trash or loitering
I've been going to Golden Chick since I was a kid, and it's always been the same. And you know what? That's a good thing, because their food is really tasty and you get a lot for your money. Especially with how things are these days, that's something I really appreciate.

All staff so helpful and attentive. Especially Andrea who is very patient with senior citizen and willing to help on getting app and how to use it. She has an innocence about her to help others. Excellent food here served promptly too.Parking: Service so prompt, customers quickly pick up.
Great customer service!!! the manager that was on duty took care of a dissatisfy customer that had place an order from a third party (Door dash) he handled perfect, made the customer happy and explain in detail how she was the one that enter the wrong item on the Door dash app with out being rude... The food was good, honestly better than what i was expecting. Manager gentlemen with glasses and two earrings , didn’t want to give his name , other than saying I’m The boss.Made a minor mistake with my orderI stayed of half and half he got I all baked . I pointed it out and his employee noticed it.He then went on to search for reasons why this WAS NOT HIS MISTAKE and refused to look me in the eye . His empire was helpful and apologized and said no worries take the food and we’ll add the two fried pieces.Which infuriated the managerHe went on to scold the employee again and worse this time and then turned to with my tray in his hands. He added the two fried pieces and the VERY DEMONSTRATIVELY AND UNECRSARY PICKED UP THE TWO BAKED pieces of my tray and threw them in the garbage looking at me …So rudeSo I unnecessarry and so NOT customerFriendlyHe is simply NOT A PERSON THAT makes me want to. Come back everDisgusted with this gentleman

I had my food delivered. I got their catfish and shrimp combo. They charge for tarter sauce and then fail to include it with your order. Fish tastes good but it is not the same without tarter sauce and I actually paid for it. I cannot take it up with Uber because even though you request and their is a fee they consider it as something you have to take up with the restaurant directly. Also I asked for a Diet Dr. Pepper and instead I got another drink that tastes like Root Beer. I cannot handle regular sodas any more. They gave me a ton of hot sauce packets which I didn't ask for in my order. I only wanted my tarter sauce that I paid for. No one should have to pay for tarter sauce.
