This particular Amy's is my favorite sweet treat place! Its so refreshing and clean, and I love the flavors that are offered. Staff is always so amazing with creative fonts and colors that totally add to the vibrant sights. Everyone is so sweet and they have a great layout. Personal favorite, even though it may look small the happiness it brings is amazing!Kid-friendliness: There is nothing un-kid-friendly, as a teen myself. The music is always clean and customer service is understanding.

I get the same thing every time I come here - belgian chocolate with cookie dough & strawberries mixed in. Came in about 20-30 mins before close and heard the workers tell the guy infront of me that they have already put the cookie dough away for the night.........so I asked about it as well & they said the same thing. Pretty annoying..

The atmosphere is great, good songs are always playing and the wallpapers are great. It's a great ice cream joint. No boring flavours like strawberry or vanilla. This place has so many custom flavours and shakes. The triple chocolate is my favourite. The ice creams taste great by themselves but some toppings improve the taste like brownies or hot chocolate.Vegetarian options: It's mainly ice cream. Not a single thing is vegetarian except the strawberry toppings.Dietary restrictions: Dairy in everything and the cones might contain gluten.Parking: There's a lot of parking in front of the shop but the space is shared between the other shops. On busy days, you won't find a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: The place is somewhat kid friendly. The doors are easy to push and seats are low enough. However, seeing the ice cream will be a bit tough as the counter is high.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a disabled parking spot.

Not my thing, but it could be yours. I did not like the ice cream very much. The texture was smooth plastic. I got dark chocolate and coffee ice cream. It was not very flavorful and the waffle cone was super thin and easily broke, so much so I had to put in a cup to eat it. I've heard people talk about Amy's ice cream as being a good ice cream place. I would put it on par with McDonald's cones. The two girls that worked there were very nice and helpful but the ice cream wasn't that great. For what I pay I would rather have Baskin-Robbins. But I think everybody should try it at least once, maybe you would like it. I did not, but that doesn't mean you won't.

Not sure why they only have 1 employee on a Saturday afternoon. Long line for 1 person to handle. The customer service was 10/10 even if the employee was overwhelmed. He had a great attitude and made sure the person who had allergies feel comfortable. Ice cream is good here for the price. I suggest having more than 1 person working on weekends during the afternoons to avoid long lines
We are a ride or die for Amy's family. We go probably once a month (maybe more), but we love the brand, the offerings, and the service. It's my absolute favorite ice cream in the world.

Have been here several times and enjoyed the Belgian Chocolate, Dark Chocolate. Mint and Mexican flavors quite a bit. The staff is always very nice. When we came in on 9/23 at about 9 pm, it was fairly empty and quiet. Unfortunately the floor and tables was filthy. It makes wonder if things are that way in the back too.
