The people were very sweet but they are very lacking in options right now. They also recently have my kids mismatched heads and tails on their creations. A turtle head and dolphin tail. The ice cream is pretty good though.
I hate writing negative reviews, but we have had three less than positive experiences at this location. The service is always slow, and often they do not have a full ice cream case. The last two times I've gone there were no waffle cones and the size of the scoops was very small. A regular size scoop looks like a child's scoop at other locations. I now try to avoid this location and instead to to Parmer lane where I get great service.

I came to this location for the first time today and was met with a friendly smile from the staff as soon as I walked in. Franchesca Helped me today, she was very nice and friendly and made great conversation while I was picking my ice cream. I would definitely come back to this location for excellent service and fantastic ice cream! Thank you Franchesca!
