Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Great American Cookie location. We were excited to see it and turned around to go in for derrert. My carmel strawberry cheesecake Ice cream was melted and mushy over flowing the cup before she even handed it to me. It was so soft before she smashed it on the freezer skillet thing that it just melted more as she smashed the stuff into it.My husbands pistachio tasted old, freezer burnt almost and the cookies we purchased were so heavy and greasy tasting you couldn't tell the difference between flavors you were tasting. Tried talking to the staff (2 teen girls) and it didn't get very far. They seemed clueless as to what to say or do. No refund was offered nothing. Will not be returning because of this experience.

Great place for a great treat for anyone. The staff/owners are kind, polite and patient. Truly a great place to bring family and friends to for any occasion. Highly recommend to all. Were so kind and pleasant with our children. Thank you again

Thanks for getting my order done! It looks great as always. I deducted one star because the worker didn't know the specials coming up for Christmas but everyone was very friendly and the ordering process was fairly easy. There are cookies already done up for you to see. Next time I'll look online to see all the options before I order so I don't hold up the line. Definitely will be back. These are our favorite cookie cakes!

Great customer service. The individual helping us was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We had someone in our party with special needs and the staff made sure the experience very positive by showing so much patience and compassion.

When you pay $40 for a cookie cake spell the name right!! It was clearly written C-O-L-T-O-N on the order receipt. Teach your workers how to write in cursive. I had to fix it myself and now have icing stains all over my hand. the writing is off center too.

Love these cookies! The peanut butter supreme is amazing, but honestly I like most of the varieties.
I bought six cookies. Only 2 (sugar cookies) tasted soft and fresh. All the others were hard like they had been around for a while. The other 4 went in the trash.

Not only was the ice cream delicious but we received outstanding customer service from a very kind woman named Tamala (I hope I spelled your name correctly). It is truly refreshing to go into a business and receive genuine hospitality. Thank you for making our night there. We look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend this store!

I haven't yet had a good experience here. In fact, I haven't yet even eaten here. Why? First time I visited, although they were open, they had closed their entire ice cream section. Apparently they do this an hour before close but it isn't indicated anywhere that I've seen. Also - why?Most recently I tried to visit and, despite it being 7:30pm and Google listing them as open and the "Open" sign being on (see photo) AND the door unlocked, I walked in and was told they had closed at 7pm. Again - why? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.That'll be my last try as a customer, especially with DQ, Tiff's and Andy's so close by.
