Seemed like we had about 5 young wait people but I've had better service from one experienced great person! Disappointing. Oh got cold, Tortilla soup too! With squishy tortillas that had been sitting in the broth forever until they finally brought it.

Lupe Tortilla offers a themed and inviting ambience, perfect for a casual dining experience. With a wide variety of options on the menu, including a weekend brunch, there's something for everyone to enjoy. During my visit, I tried the praline pancake and chicken fajitas. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, service was slow, and the waiter took quite some time to bring out our food. When the pancake finally arrived, it was disappointingly cold, which definitely affected its taste. However, the chicken fajitas were decent, offering a satisfying flavor. Overall, while Lupe Tortilla has potential with its ambiance and menu variety, improvements in service quality and food temperature consistency are needed to enhance the dining experience.

Came for breakfast and was told two servers called out and they couldn’t serve us. But saw two bartenders standing around. It’s like the guy who was at front didn’t want to work. They turned peopleaway. One party had 8 people. Give me a break.

Usually our experience at Lupe is amazing but tonite was very very disappointing. We like to make our way to the bar cause its usually just my husband and I. The bar staff was completely oblivious to everyone at the bar except the 2 gentleman we were sitting by. We sat there with empty drinks and our napkins on our plates with our plates stacked and pushed away from us. I had to ask the one bartender who was busy running the service well drinks for our to go boxes. (He was very sweet and always does a phenomenal job, wish I got his name) when we finally got noticed with our frowned faces the young women who was tending to us all nite blamed the other bartenders. I feel bad that other bartenders potentially lose out on money because of someone else's negligence. We will of course be back cause one bad experience does not over run the good ones. Just hope this helps any further situations from happening.
Update; We've have been here numerous times for dinner and the food and service is always great. We will continue to come here.We came here for the first time on June 27th and had dinner. We were seated right away and had great service. The food was really good, so I'm sure we will be back quite often. Karen, our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

It was four star food with mediocre service and higher than expected prices. Paid $32 for fajitas for one. Tasted good (not great) but was priced probably 30% higher than expected. We enjoyed lunch, but when the check came we were reminded why we haven't been to Lupe's in a couple of years. Same quality food is available nearby at better prices.

I won't be coming back here. I gave it three tries and it's been off-putting each time. Once we were sat in a booth under a hideous dusty lamp hanging right over our food. 2/3 times the service was extremely slow. One of those times we sat for half an hour trying to get anyone's attention and it turned out we were seated in a table without a server. The people saying the fajitas are the best they've ever had have never had proper fajitas. They are expensive and overcooked and flavorless. In fact none of the food is anything special. The ambiance sucks as it is very loud. They put a side of shrimp directly on top of the fajitas despite being informed that I'm allergic and to keep them on the side away from the other food. They have forgotten parts of our order or sent the wrong thing every time we've been. The final straw is this last time we went and the airhead at the host tablet didn't even look up at us, tapped away all confused on the tablet for literally five minutes while seemingly every server in the restaurant and one of the chefs came to buzz around at the stand, also not acknowledging we existed. Finally, the hostess grabbed a couple menus and tried to lead us away to a table without having spoken a word to us or heard what accomodations we needed for the baby. When we sat down and got a high chair, it was FILFTHY, covered in food. The plates and cutlery were also dirty and the table was covered im crumbs. You'd think they were short staffed given all of these oversights but the place was bursting with servers and hostesses standing around doing nothing. Will not be returning.
