So close to my gym. I come here almost once a week! It’s SO GOOD. They have so many options that are low calorie and healthy! The staff and owners are always friendly and helpful. My favorites are the protein waffle, resses shake, & birthday shake!
Was looking for a place near me for protein shakes and bowls whenever I need a meal replacement and I’ve found it! I loved their protein shakes and bowls! Everything is so delicious and their staff is amazing. If you haven’t been you definitely need to stop by!

Love their loaded teas - a nice jumpstart for my middday slump. Florida Sunrise is my favorite. Protein shakes are wonderful - Snickers and Cinnamon Roll are my favs. Most importantly - service is wonderful and they are always so friendly and kind.
