We have been eating hear for a year and half ...more often than i would like to ...because its right next to my kids martial arts classes. I usually do a pick up order and ask them if we can eat it there ...so that way hungry kids don't have to wait ..for food for long ....but this Saturday...they would not allow us to eat our pick up order ....there was plenty of room and not at all busy. We had to take the food home .....with crabby kids crying for 20 mins saying thry were hungry and wanted to eat at the restaurant. So we will be taking our future orders else where. Food was good though

I ordered the Batura, Amritsari Chole Masala, and paneer biryani. All were pretty good. I've never had such tasty food in Austin. I'll definitely visit again and would recommend this place to anyone. The chances of leaving unsatisfied are very slim.

This place surely deserves this review. The restaurant was not crowded but they had lot of to-go orders. The online menu was differenr and it had Spicy Paneer dhaba style curry. The curry was really good and spicy, little bit of oily but surely tasty. The highlight of the meal was Lacha Paratha, one of the very best in town. The service was fast and the staff was friendly, kind and she was asking if the food was good. Asking that feedback was very good. I will surely return to try different items.Vegetarian options: Lot of good veg optionsParking: Plenty of parking

The chicken lollipop, hara bhara kebabs, kesari malai kofta, chicken curry and naans/bhaturas that we ordered were all very flavorful and were served hot, in a timely manner and tasted like they had been prepared fresh from scratch; the appetizers and the rest of the food were less oily when compared to usual restaurant food and felt more homely and tasty. We had previously ordered takeout but our eat-in experience far exceeded our expectations. We will be back for more!

I don't eat Indian food often. I do enjoy it, and there's nothing about it I don't like. What I really appreciate is a good meal at a reasonable price. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, garlic Naan, and a bowl of vegetarian Manchow Soup. The soup was outstanding! I'm from Louisiana, and I'm half Thai. If I could describe it, the texture of the vegetables was all consistent in size, enough to fill the spoon with all vegetables. The broth was spot on in flavor and depth. I could taste separate, and distinct flavor and texture. To me it was a cross between a slight Cajun flavor, with a slight Thai taste of the ginger, but distinctly Indian. The first spoon was an explosion of Holy S#!+!, this is incredible! You have to try it to understand what I'm trying to describe. The Chicken Tikka Masala was incredible! The sauce was something in itself to savor. I can always tell when ingredients are fresh, this was the case. It was a perfect blend of rich and creamy. It's like when you eat something that pushes the limits of flavor but isn't too much. It's like you can't stop eating it because you want more. The chicken to me, was moist enough to tell, and it wasn't dry. One bite almost seemed to release some kind of emotion of, OHH Man! This is fantastic! This was my first time here, and I can't imagine that anything else, could compare side by side.I'm sure this review might seem pretty outrageous but, this is my experience.I'm really impressed with what I had!

Rana is phenomenal Indian cuisine. I order out from here all the time via GrubHub, but there's no substitute for eating in person. Thankfully I had the pleasure to do that tonight. My party and I ordered for appetizers vegetable samosas and Gobi Manchurian. For dinner shared palak paneer and kadai paneer. Everything was prepared perfectly, the appetizers were so hot and crispy, with the chutney and tamarind (?) sauce so balanced and tasty. Our appetizers were also out very quickly and came at the spice level we ordered (very hot for palak and medium for kadai). The entrees were so delicious we emptied our bowls and barely had room for the naan, which was perfect texture.Everyone that works there is also so friendly, efficient, and attentive. Honestly one of the best Indian establishments in the nation, and I've sampled them extensively.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rana indian cuisine @cedar park Tx and while the overall experience was enjoyable, there are certainly areas that could benefit from improvement.First and foremost, let's talk about the food. The dishes we tried were well-prepared and flavorful, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to quality ingredients. However, there is room for refinement and innovation. With a few tweaks and perhaps some new additions to the menu, the culinary experience could reach even greater heights.Moving on to the ambiance, while the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, I couldn't help but feel that it could use a bit of a facelift. A touch of elegance and sophistication in the interior design would elevate the dining experience and create a more memorable atmosphere for patrons. On a positive note, I must give a big shout-out to the exceptional service we received. Despite being a party of 10, the staff was attentive, accommodating, and ensured that our needs were met throughout the evening. Their professionalism and hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience. In terms of value, considering the quality of the food and the level of service, the $250 spent for our party was reasonable. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the overall experience justified the cost.In conclusion, while there are areas that could use improvement, I would still recommend giving Rana indian cuisine a try. With its solid foundation of good food and outstanding service, coupled with potential upgrades in ambiance, I believe it has the potential to become a top dining destination in the area.

We were group of 11 for dine-in. Ordered gobi Manchurian which was good. Lahori paneer tikka which was undercooked. Ordered Malai Kofta which was very blend with no taste at all. Paneer Kadhai was good. Onion kulcha and laccha paratha again were undercooked.Above all this the service was very slow and horrible.Maybe this was first and last time at Ranas.
