We ordered family style barbecue and it did not disappoint! Standouts were Spare Ribs, Brisket, and the cornbread casserole. Coleslaw could be a tad bit sweeter for my taste. It was enjoyed by all!

Ribs were very good, clearly the prize item here.Brisket was dry and fatty, probably would rate it 4/10Silly rule that you can’t double brisket on a three meat plate because it’s a “premium item” made me pivot and rethink my whole order once I got to the line. This must be the only bbq place to come up with this rule, I have never seen this before.Sides were not hot by the time I got to my table and the brisket was really disappointingTo their credit we had a table and food in 16 minutes

Tried the Cadillac of their menu “beef ribs”. Pretty good for sure. Their BBQ sauce though is tangy and not the usual sweet one. They do not have other options for BBQ sauces. Mustard is not for me. Tried the ribs & brisket too and they were really good.

Great classic setting with inside and outside seating. Nice smoke ring on the brisket and good smokey flavor. The pinto beans were too spicy. The chili lime BBQ sauce was my favorite. My wife liked the frito pie. Nicely done.

I’d put Stiles Switch BBQ up against anyone other place in central Texas. The beef rib is not to be missed.
I'm from Maryland so coming here is a treat. I had to get the Beef rib, pricey but worth it. I'm only in Texas once a year. The massive beef rib was super juicy and tender, smokey with the right amount of saltiness. No need for sides! It's that massive!
