We walked into Subway and stood under the "Order here" sign. No greeting or acknowledgement from the girl behind the counter Naomi. We were the only customers inside!! Then she walked to the opposite end of the counter away from us then back to the sandwich area, still no greeting nor did she even look at us. She started making sandwiches which were from an online order she received AFTER we had entered and were standing there ready to order. Again without saying a word to us, she started throwing bread and slapping meat onto the sandwiches. Turns out she made 7 sandwiches total while we waited!! Being as we were the only customers inside I never thought I'd be standing around for 8 minutes before Naomi would even take my order and still no hello from her. By the time she finished making the 7 sandwiches for the online order, there were 4 parties (7 people total) waiting to order. We all just stood there watching her make sandwiches and still no greeting to anyone, no apologies for the wait. When she finally waited on us, she was gruff and irritated. Rude and terrible service! BTW by the time we finally got our sandwich and left, the online order was still sitting there - no one had come yet to pick it up. There's are two other Subways equidistant to this one so we will go to the other locations from now on and boycott this one.

Over the years we have always enjoyed a Subway sandwich from time to time; however, this evening is our first complaint ever! My husband always gets the sweet teriyaki chicken and I always get the vegetable. They almost "forgot" to put chicken on his sandwich and the sandwich was soaked, absolutely soaked with the dressing. My sandwich had very little except greens and a few slices of tomatoes. There was NO dressing and it had no flavor. Without a doubt not what are taste buds were hungry for this evening! These employees need hands on further training, or retraining. My husband was the only customer when we picked up the order, so being overly busy wasn't the issue. We have always had good luck with this facility as well as other Subways, so it was a disappointment. This was on July 30, 2020 around 5:00 p.m.

This is a great location! It is very clean and the dining area is large and pleasant. The employees are friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best Subways I've visited.

This is my favorite subway to visit and I live right next to one but refuse to go to it because I always get bad service and gross sandwiches. This location is always clean and friendly no matter whose there. The last time I went in the new owners were there and they were very friendly I went today and the 3 guys who were working were super efficient and friendly. Mainly alllll the ingredients that were presented looked amazing I've honestly never seen a subway look that good and clean all the meats looked fresh and so did all the veggies I even let them know just how good it looked. I had a coupon and they rang it up perfectly. My sandwich was perfect and fresh! Keep up the good work at this location

I had Subway in Round Rock a few days earlier and loved it, so went to this location to try again. That was a mistake. I hadn't been in a Subway for years prior to that, but after that great Round Rock experience, I was rip roaring to get my 90's sammy on again. I arrived and asked about the two for $12.99, and the guy looked super confused, so I explained that's what I got a few nights prior at the other location.... "Oh, that's with a coupon" (recognizing the communicative challenge in front of me, I didn't want to take the time to explain that I had not used a coupon the other night). Instead I asked if he had a coupon on him that I could use. "No, those are in the mail..." Ok... "But tomorrow we have BOGO." Thanks! I still kick myself for coming back the next night. I don't ask questions cause I just wanna get my food. I get a cold cut foot long, and a meatball foot long. I am not in the mood to debate with this guy either, but it was clear he short cut the meatballs. While they were roasting them and adding the veggies, I happened to notice the sign behind them read that both foot longs should be $5.89!!! First thought was, if that guy was to use basic reasoning the previous night, he could have said the combined full-cost price would have, indeed, come out pretty damn close to the $12.99 we had discussed. Second, they charged me $6 and change and $5.99. So, I was overcharged for both! Overcharged by pennies, but at this point it's the principle of the thing..... Third, I got home and counted the meatballs. 5 in total..... On a foot long.... I Googled it and a website said it is supposed to be 8 to 8.35. which sounded reasonable. I'm not sure how they got that, but I knew it wasn't supposed to be 5... On that bread sandwich Finally I filled out a survey expressing all this, and I got a canned email from someone claiming to be the new owner with A VERY generic response, as follows "Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. I apologize that your experience did not meet expectations. We have, just a few days ago, taken ownership of this location and I will be reviewing the problems you mentioned so that we can make your next experience a great one. I appreciate your patience as we train our team and work out the kinks. I hope you will come again and let us make things right. Again, I thank you for calling this to our attention." ---------------------- Well Cynthia, I'm willing to try again, but not on my dime. If you pay, then I'm willing to take time out of my day to try again.

Never come here during your break, you end Spending your entire break waiting in line. They're way too understaffed quite frankly their sandwiches are not that great anyway

Went for sandwiches last Saturday which should have been quick. There was only one employee behind the counter, cranking out sandwiches with over 12 people in line. The poor kid was running the sandwich line and acting cashier. No other Subway employee was present, just the server. Totally unfair and wrong to put him in this situation. He was friendly, professional and worked as quick as possible. Please add more staff so you don't lose this dedicated kid who deserved more respect and support.

I have never had an issue here. In fact, there is one lady who always remembers my order because I like my salads without lettuce. No matter how busy it is, I've never once been treated rudely. Great job, guys, keep up the good work.

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at a Subway. Arrived at 7 pm, 3 people in front of me, gray-haired old lady behind the counter "working by herself" and totally flustered. "I only have white and wheat bread" she tells a customer. "We're out of steak, we're out of meatballs" and when I finally got down to the prep area, the vegetables are all wilted, sad, and jumbled together. Worst thing, this old lady with her plastic gloves is constantly coughing over the food, sniffling and WIPING HER NOSE as she's making the sandwiches. Really shameful, the "I'm all by myself" is a terrible excuse, people are paying to eat you should have fresh food available and a competent staff at a "Subway" or hang the "closed" sign if you can't hack it.

This is all around THE BEST Subway in the area! The crew they have working there right now is outstanding! They always have a great attitude and make incredible sandwiches. My fiancée and I have an amazing experience every time we come here. It's a blessing to have this location so close to home.
