Went inside and ordered. Totally forgot my order. Think they might be prejudice to only whites.

Casher got order wrong, confused crispy tacos meal for CRUNCHY TACOs Supreme meal. Corrected tacos but not include the nachos (chips and queso). Tried arguing crunchy and crispy are the same thing.

Waited for 20 mins for my food. Paid $3.69 for this taco that was not what it was supposed to look like. Not worth it.

Food was cold. I wish I would have taken a picture to show how sloppy it was. I've never seen Taco Bell so greasy. I asked for supreme tacos and got plain tacos. I asked for no lettuce and got no lettuce and tomatoes. This was my second chance here bc I work in the area, but I won't go back again. The girl at the window was friendly if that's worth anything. (I had a cold Mexican pizza and 2 tacos. And the best part-cinnamon twists)

Hair in the food, and of course they acted like it wasn't there's. No respect. Normal Taco Bell stuff. Dirty

So, we drive up at midnight to the Lakeline/Cypress Creek location and the drive thru menu screen is off. We shared that info with the lady through the speaker and she says her Manager says it's working fine (so we are liars apparently). So, we pull up and a motorcyclist drives by and she shouts at him since it was pretty loud. She told us to circle around and come through again to impact her drive thru times. So, we wrapped around again and gave her our order, four tacos, and again, she asks us to pull forward. She walks out our order and forgets our drink and has to go back inside. This was THE worst experience I have had in drive thru as far back as I can remember. It's obvious the personnel quality is severely impacting the brand. I wonder if Taco Bell's sales are limited to after hours since it's the only thing opened. I will not ever return. Stay away.

The lobby is always closed (with no notice posted), and they continuously mess up orders like "no sour cream".

Hate this Taco Bell lady at the window charged me for my order and someone else order without reason and they are trying to hack the system asking all cars to move up front so they can keep their time on each car thru the window Low shows me they don't care about the customers

Even with your expectations totally lowered, after all it's Taco Bell, this location never fails to disappoint. Zero oversight and or staff and store management. The employees haven't been trained on a single aspect of fast food service - store systems - procedures - etc. this location should be shut down and or turned over to different regional management.

Can’t even get a simple drive thru order right. And three packets of hot sauce for two burritos? What a joke. By the looks of other reviews it seems like they do this on purpose.
