Great family run restaurant! Some of the best Thai around! I highly recommend the seafood pot, but you really can't go wrong with any dish they offer.

Best thai food I had in recent times.Today I had basil fried rice, pad thai and spring rolls and they were all superb. I moved here newly and I am happy that I found a nice Thai restaurant. I will surely visit again!!

Very nice and very helpful staff. I was craving green curry and was very glad that I ordered from here. Food prep was quick and I was very satisfied with the delicious and reasonably priced green curry.

Good tasting food. Service is okay but the food portion is very minimalist

We ordered Pad Kee Mow and Pad thai. Pad thai was good, nothing special or something that stands out. I am a Pad Kee Mow fan and have been eating it for almost a decade, love it. Pad Kee Mow at Thamknak was the worst I have had ever. It had no flavors, almost tasted bland, and here is the punch line flat noodles were OVERCOOKED!!! How do you call yourself a chef when you don't know how to cook noodles.

I came for a to-go order for lunch today. The current COVID protocol at this location only allows for orders via phone and consumers must wait in their vehicles to have the food brought out. I ordered three items to include Tom Yum with shrimp, pineapple rice with chicken and spring rolls. Tom Yum Tom Yum is my favorite soup, period! I have had the soup in Thailand and in the states and I know a good Tom Yum when I taste it. The version served here was packed with mushrooms and kaffir lime leaves but light on shrimp. While I enjoyed the broth, the lack of shrimp was a disappointment. 3.5/5 Pineapple Rice I am on the fence with this dish because it was not made in a traditional Singaporean/Chinese nor Thai manner. This dish was more hardy than sweet. 3/5 Overall, this is an okay spot when seeking for Thai food but there are better locations for this type of cuisine.

Food use to be good. It isn't now.The white dude who works there is rude.I went one last time,he ask me what I wanted.I wanted food, why else do you go to a restaurant for food???When I got my food it was cold and the seasoning was off. They had a younger white guy cooking he didn't know the Seasoning.BTW I cook Asian food , but sometime I likeOther people food.Bye

My FAVORITE Thai restaurant! I use to come eat here all the time. I have eaten here recently an they have curbside pick up now. The server comes to your car with mask on. Call your order in or call when you get to the parking space. Also you can text your order. Enjoy!!

I am pleased. Lomein noodles were excellent - full of flavor, smokey, al-dente. Basil fried rice was good - even with chicken, a bit barren, but plentiful and tasty. The two pepper level spice made my mouth tingle but I could still taste the flavor. Spring rolls were fresh and tasty. And the order was ready promptly. I haven't sampled very many Thai places, but you'll get your money's worth from Thamnak, I think. It's probably one of the better Thai places around here.

I was really craving a pineapple red coconut milk curry from back home and I couldn't find anywhere that had it besides Thamnak! It didn't disappoint! OMG SO GOOD! A little spicy for me (I usually order the least amount of spice possible) but it wasn't too spicy where you can't enjoy it. I got it with chicken but it would be just as delicious with shrimp! My husband got the Pad Thai, which he's usually not a fan of but he loved this one! He poured a little of my curry juice on top to make it a little more spicy and he said it was the best Pad Thai he's had. If you're in the area, give it a shot!

I used to live in Cedar Park Town Center with my toddler. It was lunch time then, I was rushing for a meal due to time constraints as I packed household items to PCS to another state. I came to this restaurant and I was served with tepid soup and 2 male waiters were looking as I tried it. I did not finish my lunch I just made sure my son's food is okay and paid only for his. No star indicated for this but unable to post.No offense but this visit was way back in February 2009. Maybe irrelevant to date. And yes, 2 male waiters were present then. It was quiet a different service presented dining there with a friend from Thailand who lives in Round Rock.
