Tiff’s treats are my favorite cookies! They are tasty and in my opinion the perfect size. Every time I’ve come in it has been a great experience and the employees are always nice and happy to help.

As always, the treats are delicious. But, I do have a complaint. These people are VERY PROUD of their food/pastries. I ordered cookies, always delicious, and some cupcakes as an added treat. I am assuming they are new due to my sister not realizing they had cupcakes. I added the cupcakes to my order. I had no idea how TINY THEY WERE. I paid almost $20 to add them and they were not even bite size. Well maybe bite size is the right word. They were no bigger than an inch in size. I'm sure they will taste good but really, an inch?? 6, inch size cupcake bites for almost $20!!!! I am well aware that this is a treat and a service but come on!!!they could at least been a small size cupcake. Not a tiny finger food. And that is being generous. I will NEVER order from them again because even tho it's a nice gesture, it's a total RIP OFF. AFTER TIP, 12 cookies and 6 TINY CUPCAKES SMALLER THAN MY FINGER, turns into to $50. No thank you. It's much sweeter to bake my own

Tiff's Treats App is very user friendly! It even lets you know, while you are ordering for pick up, the available pick up times if you are taking too long ??. I appreciate they realize the dilemma we encounter when trying to make a decision when, literally, everything on the menu is delicious ?. Their holiday menu options are always delightful as well. Oh, Tiff's Treats coupons actually make the difference you need to stay on a budget PLUS they offer even more discounts and coupons maximizing your savings when ordering! I have been extremely impressed with their customer support both online and in person every time as well. I was impressed that during such a busy time of year there was nothing that fell short or left me feeling like more could have been done!Parking: They have reserved spots for pickup in front of the building. There are also more easily accessible parking spots during the busier times of day or season.
This second time I have tried Tiff's Treats (1st time was in Georgetown location). But, I have to say, "hands down" , the BEST cookies, other then "Mom used to make"! LOL! My husband's birthday was coming up, and he does not really like cake or cupcakes. So, was so happy about this place, which I remember trying awhile back. I use Uber Eats, and shocked to find them now on them (*even though, they dod not use their delivery service, Tiff's delivers themselves). I found the "birthday package" which included a dozen cookies (could choose two varities ). I chose classic "Chocolate Chip" and "Peanut Butter". They notified me via text upon arrival, and arrived still very warm in box! My husband works from home, so he got it 'hot and fresh' too! He LOVED it! I loved it too, as i took a peanut butter one...OMG...soo good! Would order from them again!

The cookies are great don't get me wrong but the fact that you cant really customize your order is why I won't be returning. I was really hoping to be able to get everyone in my group a cookie of their choice but when you order you only get a choice of a half dozen per flavor minimum... Just seems like a huge oversight given ALL the other cookie places you can pick what you want in your order.

If you want Tiffs Treats for delivery, please just go pick up in store. Something important to note is that tiffs treats' delivery's done through DoorDash are done by their own employees. I know it's a Saturday and it's gonna be busy , i mean door dash also said 64 minutes delivery time which we were perfectly okay with waiting for. But come on, 2 and a half hours?? We ordered about 3 things and live 11 minutes away. How can food that has already been prepared in advance take 2 and a half hours to deliver to a location 11 minutes away? Not to mention we had our apartment gate code and building number written on the app for the order, yet our driver texted us and asked what the numbers were. The driver also didn't knock on the door or even text us saying the food was outside, they just dumped the food there and left. All in all the customer service experience was awful and our food arrived luke warm. The food is good and all but don't waste the extra $10-$15 on delivery at this place, you'll regret it.

Good place to go get some overpriced cookies. Sometimes they are out of flavors if you go late or early in the day since they make them at the store. They're smaller than Crumbl cookie and something that wouldn't shock your grandma, but are an excellent topper if you eat somewhere else in the shopping center.

First: Cookies! Always warm. Always soft. Always knock-your-socks off tasty. I've never been disappointed with cookies from this location. My favorite is the chocolate chip pecan. The chocolate chips arrive, ready to melt in your hands. And the pecans are mixed throughout in a lovely way.Second: Service! Employees seem glad to be peddling yummy joy to customers. On a free cookie promotion day, despite people coming in only for the promotion cookie, employees show no frustration.

I picked up at the Tiff's treat, didn't do delivery-- & didn't know for sure what I wanted for a graduation type gift. The employee was very helpful & kind. I give them 5 stars.

Look, it's Tiff's Treats, we all know the cookies slap and that's that. What I'm here talk about is the customer service. I set up a big order for all of the teachers at my kids' school. No I'm not rich, they go to a hella small school. Anyways, the teachers get one break so I tried to schedule the delivery during that time. The cookies got delivered early. So I messaged Tiff's Treats because I knew I put the note in about delivery time, but I thought maybe they didn't get the note or maybe the delivery was actually later than they noted, so I wanted confirm just to be safe. To be clear, again, I just wanted to confirm details. Not only did I get an extremely fast response, they automatically offered to resend my big a** order for free at another time. It turns out the early delivery wasn't a big deal so obviously I don't need them to remake six dozen cookies for free, but the fact that they immediately offered and immediately set to make it right is aces in my books. Guess I'm buying Tiff's Treats for life now.

I received my treats today. Thank you for yummy cookies. I am sure this was a busy day for deliveries. I just wanted you to know that the driver that delivered my cookies 1) set the bag in front of the door, rang the bell, then walked off; 2) he must have smoked because the bag smelt like cigarette smoke. I have had several deliveries and this is the first time I have had this experience. If additional information is needed, please reach out.
