Ordered a charcuterie board for an event and what arrived was so pitiful. Could not believe I was charged $25 for this. I don’t mind paying it when the quality and the quantity are decent but this was just sad. Had to run to the store and supplement the order, which was a pain because I had it delivered to try to save me time.

A must visit!! Seriously real Italian cuisine in a lovely atmosphere! Had the table side dish with fresh cheese and pasta and it really was a special treat. Nice libation menu as well! Thank you for a wonderful Italian meal!!

This is the second time this has happened so I had to say something. The food has gone downhill since they opened. Tonight I ordered a chicken with pasta dish. The chicken was fine but there was only a tiny bit of broken up spaghetti with it. The carrots that came with it were cooked just right. But I thought the menu said medley. I won’t be back. I don’t like leaving a restaurant hungry. And I’m not a big person or a huge eater. I usually don’t eat my whole plate.

This is the best Italian restaurant in the area. The food was perfect, the staff was professionally personal and it's all for a reasonable price! I will be coming back with an appetite; the servings are fit for a king. Really impressed by the chefs but the waiter fantastic. Please visit this place!

We had a really nice Rose with dinner. Service was great - fast friendly and courteous. My wife had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Pasta Pescatore. Really good and fresh. Will definitely go back.
We'd moved up to Cedar Park from Austin a while back, and have been hunting for good restaurants in this neck of the woods. We'd flagged Tuscano Italian Kitchen and gave it a test drive this past Friday evening. We ate at the bar, and Cole the bartender was great: he mixes a mean cocktail and service was prompt. We look for something a bit more elevated than the ubiquitous "read sauce and pizza" restaurants that tend to dominate smaller cities, and Tuscano didn't disappoint. The food was excellent. Appetizers of beef carpaccio and meatballs were very good. My veal panna was sautéed correctly, and the side of pasta and mushrooms perfectly prepared, al dente. My dining partner raved about the short rib ravioli. The wine list could be "extended" just a bit, but a very pleasant surprise all the way around. We'll be back.

Pizza was okay, but in my opinion nothing special. Service was good as our server was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was not for me, but this also is very subjective.

We were so excited to try the local place with high reviews. However, we probably won't be back based on the food. The staff were very friendly from beginning to end! Upon walking in, the place had the smell of sour rag which is very distracting and hard to ignore when you're about to eat. The complimentary bread was untoasted (soft and “regular” bread). My side salad had quite a bit of wilted greens in it, which is concerning as a pregnant person. I was told while reviewing the menu that the dressings (and bread) were made in house, but then discovered only two of the dressings are made in house when ordering. My $20 pasta dish came out room temperature (while my partner's dish was steaming and hot). The server told me they would ask the kitchen to throw the food back on the hot plate. Not sure whether they made me a fresh entree or just warmed mine up. My partner's chicken had a lot of flavor, but the veggies were cold. We had tasty mini cannoli, which had a nice touch of vanilla bean...oddly enough, my cannoli was fully of chocolate chips, and his had none. I had much higher hopes for this place but we agreed we'd probably never return for another babysitter date night. :-/

After a couple of years, finally made our way back to Tuscano Italian Kitchen. Not sure what we have been thinking, it's just a bit out of the way for us and not top of mind... what a mistake! Re-visited Tuscano tonight for a wine pairing dinner with Flat Creek Estate Winery, also a first experience for us... the evening was delightful! The food was incredible, the wine was great! See the pic attached for the food/wine pairing for the evening... I like to write, but not through 5 courses! LOL Suffice it to say, the food paring were well done. Nice touch by Tuscano to provide a little bubbly up front! Al of the course were expertly paired with wines... food = wine ... spice = tannins ... all were well balanced. All in all, a very good show ... we plan to check out Flat Creek soon, Tuscano we'll be going back SOON! A great wine/dinner combo, highly recommend Tuscano Italian Kitchen and Flat Creek. Get you some of that...!!! PS Some of the "interior photos" were taken at the end of the night, don't think the place was empty, it was packed!
