I ordered a cake in person, waited there for 30 minutes just to talk to someone. Finally two weeks have passed and it’s time to pick up the cake. No one is answering, I’ve called several times. Only one time where I waited on the phone for 30 minutes someone finally answered and said they didn’t speak English. So very disappointed and frustrated. DONT GO HERE

Wow is this a clean Walmart. It seemed larger than the one I usually go to. This is a super Walmart with groceries on one end and house goods the other end. I needed a few things, and it was easy to find everything. I was in and out pretty quickly. I used the self check out, as that's pretty much the only way to cash out now. Check out was easy. And I was on my way.

I came here to do a return from an online purchase I made. I went on a Sunday evening and amazing there was no line at Customer service. The service was quick and fast and I started the return online and they just needed my barcode for the return. Once they confirm that it was the right product they process my return quickly. I am also glad they are aware that when returning to PayPal their receipt will state zero dollars for the return even though it is not. She let me take a photo of the internal receipt as proof which was nice. Once it was done and complete even before I left PayPal already email stating that the return was completed and I will get my money back soon. Appreciate that they knew what they were doing and knowledgeable about PayPal returns.

This one is one of the better Walmarts. I found my item online and it told me what isle it was on, but it was the wrong isle. I'm glad the items were in stock though.

If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would give it This location has horrible customer service. We took our vehicle there to get a battery. They replaced the battery but failed to latch the hood of my vehicle correctly. I was not aware of this because it appeared to be closed. When I was driving home on 1431 the hood came unlatched opened and hit the windshield of my car destroying the hood and shattering the glass all over me and my front passenger. I called the store to explain what had happened and they told me they would file a claim with their claims department. Unfortunately they denied our claims saying they had video footage of the hood being closed. That was never the issue. The issue was the hood did not stay latched because it was not closed properly. We were left with thousands of dollars in repairs on our vehicle because The hood was not closed properly and they refused to take any responsibility for this damage. Please take my advice and do not take your vehicle there to have any kind of automotive work done. I will never shop at that location or any other Walmart location ever again because they have horrible customer service and refuse to take responsibility for damaging property.

My son went to this Walmart and was verbally assaulted by the old bald man up at the front of the store because he sat on a mobility scooter. My Son has Ataxia and tried to explain his condition to the gentleman but he insisted that my son could walk just fine and completely ignored him because he is a younger guy. So my son continues to try and explain himself ( when he really doesn't have to) the old man threatened to call the police and have him trespassed from the Walmart or make him suffer and walk around the store without any support.

Worst pharmacy ever. Always trouble with refill and always out of medicine and I never get alert text or refill text. Had to switch pharmacy. And ran into trouble with getting my meds switched over. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!

Wow. So disappointed in the recent changes at this Walmart. We've been going here for years and thought it was such a good store because it was clean, organized and not cramped. Not anymore! Don't know why they changed, maybe to make room for a bunch of self checkout lanes, but it is so cramped it makes me claustrophobic. I will be driving to Target from now on.

I have never been to a Walmart that was so packed with boxes blocking almost every isle. You can't even really shop because you can't get to a lot of the store. Employees are RUDE, and could care less if they are blocking your way. I left without a single thing I was so frustrated. It's bad enough that we have to be our own cashiers, then this?? STEP IT UP WALMART cause Target is a million times nicer, cleaner and nicer

Got there around 6:30pm to return something. Customer service was already closed. I was told to go to the other Walmart down the street to do my return. Would give no stars if possible.

My husband and I travel all over the state of Texas and I've been to a lot and I mean a lot of different Walmarts between superstore and non-superstores and this one is really so much better it's cleaner and organized but only one complaint I have is I didn't say too many staff I don't know where they were at but I did not see them but anyway their store is clean I got to give them that

Shopping in this location is similar to every other Walmart shopping experience. Satisfactory enough. However working at this location was less than satisfactory and had I not seen behind the curtain so to speak at their management and their workers. I probably would still think this is a great store. Unfortunately I know that it's poorly managed and the workers are miserable. I guess that doesn't matter if the store is making the numbers to say up and running but a clean house on management would be a good thing to consider.
